Abstract

Популяция обогащенных антител, высокоспецифичных к антигену поверхностного полисахарида микобактерий. В родственном воплощении, антитело обогащают путем индуцирования в окружении, которое поддерживает антигенно-активный антиген. Данные антитела могут использоваться в иммунореактивном окружении для выявления наличия микобактериальной инфекции в образце, взятом из субъекта.
