Abstract

Ветряной двигатель с вертикальной осью вращения, содержащий центральный вращающийся ствол, на котором закреплены по существу вертикальные лопасти, при этом упомянутые лопасти могут вращаться и перемещаться в радиальном направлении по отношению к центральному стволу, при этом движение каждой лопасти регулируется и управляется автономно в зависимости от условий, в которых она работает в каждый момент, чтобы оптимизировать общую производительность ветряного двигателя.
