Abstract

Изобретение относится к способам изготовления и использования изделий из многослойного композиционного материала с адгезивом специального состава на основе полиэфирной и/или винилэфирной смолы, наносимым на поверхность объекта, подлежащего усилению, или между слоями предварительно сформованной ленты препрега из материала на основе ненасыщенной полиэфирной и/или винилэфирной смолы, усиленной стекловолокном, которая может накладываться на поверхность объектов, имеющих форму тел вращения, таких как колонны, трубы, столбы и т.п., для повышения их устойчивости, выносливости и прочности. Этот материал может также использоваться для устранения незначительных дефектов и повреждений на поверхности таких объектов. Лента препрега и адгезив могут быть подготовлены, нанесены и отверждены там, где находятся объекты, подлежащие усилению, и в то время, когда эти объекты находятся в рабочем состоянии, даже при относительно низкой температуре - около 0°С. Соответствующий выбор инициаторов полимеризации и веществ, добавляемых к материалу матрицы препрега: поли-ε-капролактон; а также ацетилацетона и мономеров типа алкил(акрилат)метакрилата. добавляемых к адгезиву, приводит к сеткообразованию в смолах. Пероксиды разлагаются благодаря активаторам, поступающим диффузией через поверхность адгезивного вещества. Данный способ гарантирует полное отверждение композитного бандажа по всей поверхности, на которую он накладывается, и равномерность восприятия нагрузки объектом.
