Abstract

Водный буровой раствор для использования при бурении подземной скважины через подземный пласт, который набухает в присутствии воды; буровой раствор составляют таким образом, чтобы он включал непрерывную водную фазу; утяжелитель;возможный агент ингибирования гидратации сланца и агент инкапсулирования сланца. Агент инкапсулирования сланца предпочтительно представляет собой четвертичное производное поливинилового спирта формулыв которой х и у имеют такие значения, чтобы молекулярная масса катиона находилась в интервале от примерно 10000 до примерно 200000 AMU; А выбирают из C-С-алкила, простого C-C-эфира или С-С-амида; R, R' и R" независимо друг от друга могут быть выбраны из C-С-алкилов; и Впредставляет собой анион, уравновешивающий заряд четвертичного производного амина. Агент ингибирования гидратации сланца и агент инкапсулирования сланца могут присутствовать в концентрациях, достаточных для уменьшения набухания подземного пласта в присутствии воды. В композицию бурового раствора могут быть включены общепринятые добавки, указанные общепринятые добавки могут включать агенты регулирования потери жидкости, резервную щелочность и другие агенты регулирования рН, закупоривающие агенты, смазки, агенты против образования «сальника» на буровой коронке, ингибиторы коррозии, поверхностно-активные вещества и агенты, суспендирующие твердые вещества, а также смеси и комбинации указанных и подобных соединений, которые должны быть известны специалисту в данной области.
