Abstract

Установка непрерывного литья включает печь (2) для подогрева металла до первой температуры жидкого металла, устройство дегазации (4), фильтр (6), устройство нагрева (8) и литейную машину (10). Литейная машина (10) включает пару разливочных валков и сопло, установленное для подачи жидкого металла в зазор между валками, в процессе прохождения через который металл твердеет. Устройство нагрева (8) расположено между печью и литейной машиной и управляется устройством термостатического контроля для обеспечения нагрева жидкого металла до второй температуры жидкого металла.
