Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу и устройству для превращения смеси воды и этилового спирта в топливо. Способ содержит рабочую операцию смешивания воды с этиловым спиртом при соотношении количества воды к количеству этилового спирта по массе, изменяющемся в диапазоне от 4:1 до 1:1, рабочую операцию нагревания и выпаривания полученной смеси для того, чтобы получить паровую смесь, и рабочую операцию пропускания ранее упомянутой паровой смеси через электрическое поле постоянного тока для превращения её в топливо. Указанное топливо может использоваться в качестве вторичного для двигателей, в которых используются бензин, дизельное топливо или газ в качестве топлива. Указанное устройство включает в себя испарительную систему и систему электрического поля, создаваемого постоянным током.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
