Abstract
В настоящем изобретении предлагается устройство и способ обработки текучих сред из нефтяной скважины с использованием двух резервуаров высокого давления. Первый резервуар содержит гидроциклоны для разделения текучих сред на водную и нефтяную фазы. Нефтяная фаза задерживается в камере верхнего продукта на время обработки, обеспечивающее дальнейшее отделение остаточной водной фазы, которая повторно пропускается через гидроциклоны. Второй резервуар установлен с наклоном, имеет камеру обработки для приема водной фазы из первого резервуара и обеспечивает время обработки для осуществления отделения остаточной нефтяной фазы. Коалесцирующая среда в камере обработки улучшает это отделение. Остаточная нефтяная фаза подается в нагретую камеру очистки вместе с нефтяной фазой из первого резервуара для обработки в течении второго времени обработки с дальнейшим отделением остаточной водной фазы. Очищенные обработанные вода и нефть выходят из второго резервуара отдельными потоками.
