Abstract

Непищевая композиция против адгезии и агрегации микробов, включающая подходящий носитель и эффективное количество сдерживающей адгезию фракции, выделенной из сока ягод растений рода Vaccinium (график). В одном воплощении антиадгезионная/антиагрегационная фракция выделяется из клюквенного сока. Она характеризуется как полимерная и имеет молекулярный вес ≥14000; элементный состав: углерода 43-51%, водорода 4-5%, не содержит азота, серы и хлора; линия спектра при ядерно-магнитном резонансе (ЯМР), как показано на графиках 2A и 2B в описании; ультрафиолетовый спектр с пиком поглощения при 280 нм в растворе с нейтральным или кислым pH, чего нет в щелочных растворах. Эта фракция демонстрирует антиадгезионную активность в отношении P-фимбриальных бактерий, бактерий полости рта и бактерии Helicobacter pylori.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 2000.07.20.
