Abstract

Рассматриваются способ и устройство, которые предотвращают гниение и разрушение деревянных объектов, вызванные вредителями, путем использования устройства для регулируемого высвобождения. Это устройство для регулируемого высвобождения использует полимеры, которые вводят пестициды. В рассматриваемом способе устройство для регулируемого высвобождения размещается вблизи с древесиной деревянного объекта. Пестицид постепенно высвобождается из устройства и абсорбируется древесной структурой. Пестицид, абсорбированный в древесине, создает барьер или предохранительную зону для проникновения насекомых.
