Abstract
Описаны усовершенствованный электрохирургический инструмент (10) и способ уменьшения выработки дыма в области хирургического вмешательства. Электрохирургический инструмент содержит металлический орган (20), снабженный наружным изолирующим слоем (30) для уменьшения теплового и электрического распределения с нефункциональных частей инструмента. В одном аспекте изобретения применили изолирующий слой с теплопроводностью около 1,2 Вт/см°K и диэлектрическим напряжением пробоя, по меньшей мере, около 50 В. Такой изолирующий слой может с успехом применять кремний и/или углерод. В другом аспекте изобретения применили металлический орган с удельной теплопроводностью, по меньшей мере, около 0,35 Вт/см °K и может с успехом включать металл, выбранный из следующей группы: золото, серебро, алюминий и медь. Средство теплоотвода (52) могут применить в различных вариантах реализации изобретения для образования температурного градиента в сторону от функциональных частей инструмента (т.е. отвода тепла от металлического органа). В одном варианте реализации средство теплоотвода включает материал с фазовым переходом, который изменяется от первой фазы ко второй фазе по мере поглощения тепловой энергии от металлического органа.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
