Abstract

Изобретение относится к способам получения синтетических моторных топлив путем каталитической конверсии смеси H, CO и CO. Повышение выхода диметилового эфира и жидкой фракции Cуглеводородов или только жидкой фракции Cуглеводородов достигается путем каталитической переработки смеси CO, COи Hв две стадии. На первой стадии исходное сырье контактирует с катализатором, состоящим из цеолита типа ZSM-5 и металлоксидного компонента, содержащего, мас.%: CuO - 38-64, ZnO - 24-34, CrO- 0-22, AlO- 6-9, смешанных в массовом соотношении 20-50/80-50, газовый поток после реактора первой стадии охлаждают и разделяют на жидкую фракцию и газовую фазу, при этом из жидкой фракции выделяют диметиловый эфир, а газовую фазу делят на два потока - один идет на смешение с синтез-газом и подается в реактор первой стадии, второй газовый поток направляют на вторую стадию, где на катализаторе, состоящем из цеолита типа ZSM-5 и металлоксидного компонента, содержащего, мас.%: WO- 1, ZnO - 65-70, CrO- 29-34, смешанных в соотношении 30-99/70-1, получают бензиновую фракцию, газообразные углеводороды и водную фракцию.The invention relates to methods for producing synthetic motor fuels by catalytic conversion of a mixture of H, CO and CO. The increase in the yield of dimethyl ether and the liquid fraction of hydrocarbons or only the liquid fraction of hydrocarbons is achieved by catalytic processing of a mixture of CO, CO and H in two stages. In the first stage, the feedstock is contacted with a catalyst consisting of a zeolite of the type ZSM-5 and a metal oxide component containing, in wt.%: CuO, 38-64, ZnO, 24-34, CrO-0-22, AlO-6-9 mixed in a mass ratio of 20-50 / 80-50, the gas stream after the reactor of the first stage is cooled and separated into a liquid fraction and a gas phase, dimethyl ether is separated from the liquid fraction, and the gas phase is divided into two streams - one is mixed with synthesis gas and fed into the reactor of the first stage, the second gas stream is sent to the second stage, where the catalyst, consisting ZSM-5 type zeolite and metal oxide component containing, in wt.%: WO-1, ZnO - 65-70, CrO- 29-34, mixed in a ratio of 30-99 / 70-1, get a gasoline fraction, gaseous hydrocarbons and water fraction.
