Claims (2)

1. Способ получения диметилового эфира, содержащего метанол до 20 мас.% и воду до 20 мас.%, эффективного в качестве топлива в двигателях внутреннего сгорания с воспламенением от сжатия, из содержащего водород и окислы углерода синтез-газа, отличающийся тем, что синтез-газ превращают в газовую технологическую смесь диметилового эфира, метанола и воды в одном или более реакторах для проведения каталитических реакций в присутствии катализатора, проявляющего активность как при синтезе метанола, так и при дегидратации метанола; газовую технологическую смесь охлаждают для получения жидкой технологической фазы (4), содержащей образовавшийся метанол, диметиловый эфир и воду, и газообразной технологической фазы (2А), содержащей непревращенный синтез-газ и часть полученного диметилового эфира, обработка которых включает дальнейшие стадии разделения газообразной фазы и жидкой фазы; прохождения жидкой фазы через первую дистилляционную установку (колонна для дистилляции ДМЭ) и отгонки потока (5) легкой фракции продукта, содержащего диметиловый эфир и метанол, и удаления потока (6) с остатком после разгонки, содержащего метанол и воду; прохождения потока с остатком после разгонки через вторую дистилляционную установку (колонна для дистилляции метанола) и отгонки содержащего метанол потока (7), введения метанола в установку для очистки промывкой; промывки газообразной технологической фазы, появившейся на стадии разделения, метанолом в установке для очистки промывкой и удаления из установки после промывки потока (8) диметилового эфира и метанола; превращения части метанола в потоке после промывки в диметиловый эфир и воду в реакторе для каталитической дегидратации (РДМ) при контакте с катализатором для дегидратации; удаления и охлаждения из реактора для дегидратации потока (9) продукта, представляющего диметиловый эфир, воду и непревращенный метанол, и объединения потока легкой фракции продукта из первой дистилляционной установки с охлажденным потоком продукта из реактора для дегидратации для получения объединенного потока (10) продукта, представляющего диметиловый эфир, применимый в качестве топлива.1.
