Abstract

FIELD: motor fuel production. SUBSTANCE: in the first stage, synthesis gas is obtained via non-catalytic gas-phase oxidative conversion of natural gas with air oxygen at 800-1500 C and pressure 1 to 10 MPa. Then, catalytic conversion of synthesis gas is carried out in dimethyl ether synthesis converter followed by cooling gas mixture produced and separating it into liquid and gaseous phases. The former is treated to isolate dimethyl ether, which is routed to catalytic gasoline synthesis reactor, and the latter, containing non-converted synthesis gas components, is reused for catalytic conversion in additional dimethyl ether synthesis reactor without combining it with starting synthesis gas. 1. Способ получения моторных топлив из природного газа, включающий получение синтез-газа, каталитическую конверсию синтез-газа в реакторе синтеза диметилового эфира (ДМЭ) при повышенных температуре и давлении, в котором синтез-газ вводят в контакт с катализатором с последующим охлаждением газовой смеси и разделением ее на жидкую и газовую фазы, при этом из жидкой фазы выделяют диметиловый эфир, который направляют в каталитический реактор синтеза бензина, а газовую фазу, содержащую непревращенные компоненты синтез-газа, направляют на повторную каталитическую конверсию, отличающийся тем, что непревращенные компоненты синтез-газа направляют на повторную каталитическую конверсию в дополнительный реактор синтеза диметилового эфира без смешения с исходным синтез-газом.1.
