Изобретение относится к способам олигомеризации олефинсодержащих углеводородных фракций Си/или Св бензиновые углеводороды и включает контакт сырья с катализатором олигомеризации, содержащим цеолит группы пентасилов, в условиях олигомеризации с образованием потока, обогащенного углеводородами C, охлаждение полученного потока продуктов, его разделение в сепараторе и колонне - деэтанизаторе на лёгкие углеводороды C-Cи поток, содержащий углеводороды С, и фракционирование этого потока с получением бензина C, фракции углеводородов Си фракции углеводородов Си смешение части содержащего углеводороды C-Cпарофазного потока из сепаратора и части фракции углеводородов Сс олефинсодержащим сырьём. Использование в качестве рецикла части парофазного потока из сепаратора и части, выделенной из потока продуктов фракции С, позволяет формировать водородсодержащий рецикловый поток, обогащенный изобутаном по сравнению с известными способами олигомеризации олефинсодержащего сырья, что обеспечивает повышение выхода бензина при вовлечении изобутана в реакции алкилирования, а также увеличение содержания изо-олефинов в полученном бензине. В предпочтительном варианте предлагаемого способа олигомеризации объёмное отношение углеводороды: водород в рецикле от 1:0,3 до 1:2. In a preferred embodiment of the proposed method of oligomerization, the volume ratio of hydrocarbons: hydrogen in recycle is from 1: 0.3 to 1: 2. The proposed method of oligomerization of lower olefins can be used in oil refining and petrochemistry, for example, to obtain gasoline from propane-propylene and butane-butylene fractions of catalytic cracking.
