Abstract

Исходным материалом является смесь, содержащая токоферол, жиры и/или производные жиров, в частности жирные кислоты, и необязательно стеролы и/или производные стеролов; свободные жирные кислоты, присутствующие в смеси, этерифицируются со спиртом, а глицериды жирных кислот переэтерифицируются со спиртом в присутствии окиси цинка или гидроокиси цинка в качестве катализатора. После этерификации избыток низшего спирта отгоняется из реакционной смеси. Катализатор переэтерификации и присутствующий глицерин, если он имеется, удаляются, и алкиловый эфир жирной кислоты отгоняется из смеси. Перегонка алкиловых эфиров жирных кислот может выполняться в колонке с насадкой с последующим использованием высушивающего пленочного испарителя. Возможно одновременное извлечение токоферола и стерола. Токоферолы и стеролы могут быть разделены путем кристаллизации стеролов из смеси органических растворителей.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
