Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к устройству, предназначенному для проведения физических и химических процессов, содержащему два отдельных технологических блока, в которых используется среда с твердыми частицами, причем второй технологический блок служит для регенерации твердых частиц, загрязненных в первом технологическом блоке. Устройство содержит первый реактор (1-3) для проведения реакции в первом блоке, второй реактор (4-6) для проведения реакции во втором блоке, между первым реактором (1-3) и вторым реактором (4-6) имеется первый транспортировочный канал (20), предназначенный для переноса загрязненных твердых частиц из первого реактора во второй, между вторым реактором (4-6) и первым реактором (1-3) имеется второй транспортировочный канал (29), предназначенный для переноса регенерированных твердых частиц из второго реактора в первый. Согласно изобретению первый реактор (1-3) представляет собой реактор с циркуляционным кипящим слоем, реакционная полость которого имеет кольцевое поперечное сечение, а второй реактор (4-6) представляет собой реактор с циркуляционным кипящим слоем, охватывающий первый реактор симметрично и концентрично, благодаря чему второй реактор также имеет реакционную полость кольцевого поперечного сечения. Конструкция по настоящему изобретению позволяет использовать крупногабаритное оборудование с малым отношением высоты к диаметру, что позволяет свести к минимуму требования по площадям для размещения и обслуживания оборудования, а также минимизировать проблемы, связанные с термическим расширением конструкции.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
