Abstract
Способ получения 2H-1-бензопиранов по общей формуле (I), где Rявляется водородом, (C-C)алкильной группой, Rявляется водородом, (C-C)алкильной группой и Rявляется водородом, (C-C)алкильной группой, (C-C)галоалкильной группой, (C-C)алкенильной группой, (C-C)алкоксикарбонильной группой, (C-C)алкоксиметильной группой, (C-C)алканоильной группой, (C-C)алкоксигруппой, (C-C)алкилсульфонильной группой, галогеном, амино-, алкиламино-, диалкиламино-, нитрилом, нитро- или гидроксигруппой, характеризующийся тем, что на первой стадии алифатический альдегид по общей формуле (II), где Rи Rимеют указанные выше значения, превращается при взаимодействии с алифатическим спиртом по формуле ROH или HOROH, где Rявляется (C-C)алкильной группой или (C-C)алкилдиильной группой, в присутствии дегидратирующего соединения по формуле HC(OR), где Rявляется (C-C)алкильной группой, и окиси алюминия/окиси кремния в качестве катализатора в алифатический ацеталь по общей формуле (III), где Rи Rимеют указанные выше значения и R, как указано выше, является (C-C)алкильной группой или же оба Rвместе являются циклической (C-C)алкилдиильной группой, который затем конденсируется с фенолом по общей формуле (IV), где Rимеет указанные выше значения, в присутствии основания в инертном органическом растворителе, образуя конечный продукт по общей формуле (I).Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
