Abstract
Предусмотрен способ биообработки твердого материала для удаления нежелательного соединения с применением поверхностного биореактора без перемешивания. В соответствии со способом поверхность множества крупнозернистых подложек покрывают подвергаемым биообработке твердым материалом с образованием множества покрытых крупнозернистых подложек. Крупнозернистые подложки имеют размер частиц более чем около 0,3 см, а подвергаемый биообработке твердый материал имеет размер частиц менее чем около 250 μм. Затем образуют поверхностный реактор без перемешивания путем укладывания множества покрытых крупнозернистых подложек в кучу или путем помещения множества покрытых подложек в резервуар таким образом, чтобы объем пустот реактора был более или равен около 25%. Реактор инокулируют микроорганизмом, способным к деструкции нежелательного соединения в твердом материале, и затем твердый материал биообрабатывают в поверхностном биореакторе до тех пор, пока нежелательное соединение в твердом материале не подвергнется деструкции до желательной концентрации.
