Abstract

Изобретение относится к безводному хлоргидрату цилпатерола в кристаллизованной форме, содержащему менее 5% кристаллов размером менее 15 мкм, а размер остальных кристаллов составляет менее 250 мкм, и вариантам способа его получения. Первый вариант способа заключается в получении при температуре более 50°С перенасыщенного раствора хлоргидрата цилпатерола в воде или смеси воды и этилового спирта, охлаждении раствора для кристаллизации моногидрата с последующим снижением температуры раствора до уровня ниже 20°С для кристаллизации тригидрата и высушивании полученного продукта. Второй вариант способа предусматривает получение при температуре менее 30°С насыщенного водного раствора хлоргидрата цилпатерола с последующей спонтанной рекристаллизацией тригидрата. Третий вариант способа предусматривает получение насыщенного водного-спиртового раствора хлоргидрата цилпатерола, его охлаждение до температуры менее 20°С и засеивание зародышами тригидрата, после чего в подготовленный раствор вносят водный раствор хлоргидрата цилпатерола, полученный при температуре 60-100°С. Полученный продукт используют для приготовления премикса, который добавляют в корм для животных.
