Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения гелия из содержащего гелий исходного газа (2), включающему следующие стадии: подача (ST1) содержащего гелий исходного газа (2) в блок (3) предварительной очистки, при этом из содержащего гелий исходного газа (2) удаляют нежелательные компоненты посредством способа адсорбции при переменном давлении с помощью блока (3) предварительной очистки с получением предварительно очищенного исходного газа (6); подача (ST2) предварительно очищенного исходного газа (6) в мембранный блок (4), который присоединен ниже по потоку к блоку (3) предварительной очистки и содержит по меньшей мере одну мембрану (8, 15), которая является более легко проницаемой для гелия, чем для по меньшей мере одного другого компонента, присутствующего в предварительно очищенном исходном газе (6); подача (ST3) из мембранного блока (4) находящегося под давлением потока (18) ретентата с низким содержанием гелия, который не прошел через по меньшей мере одну мембрану (8, 15), в блок (3) предварительной очистки и вытеснение (ST4) обогащенного гелием газа посредством находящегося под давлением потока (18) ретентата с низким содержанием гелия из подлежащего регенерации адсорбера (E2B, E3B), в блоке (3) предварительной очистки в уже регенерированный адсорбер (R2, R3) блока (3) предварительной очистки.
