Abstract
В изобретении представлен способ работы двигателя внутреннего сгорания. Способ включает сжигание смеси свежего воздуха и топлива в цилиндрах. Способ также включает направление первой части выхлопных газов в турбину первой ступени и турбину второй ступени турбокомпрессора для расширения выхлопных газов, направление второй части выхлопных газов из коллектора выхлопных газов через канал выхлопных газов в обход турбины первой ступени и рециркуляцию третьей части выхлопных газов во впускной коллектор после смешивания со свежим воздухом. Способ включает управление по меньшей мере одним из следующего: уменьшением нормальной частоты вращения двигателя для каждой установки мощности двигателя при поддержании постоянного уровня мощности двигателя путем увеличения впрыска топлива за цикл; одновременным увеличением расхода третьей части выхлопных газов во время рециркуляции и увеличением опережения впрыскивания топлива для уменьшения уровней выбросов для соответствия требованиям уровня 4 Агентства по охране окружающей среды.
