Abstract

The invention relates to the field of sport and sports games and can be used for training sportsmen and developing different groups of muscles, and also relates to skill and power training for techniques in sports and combative types of martial arts. The device for training in martial arts techniques comprises a support and a mannequin, which has a skeleton with movable limbs connected by hinged joints. The hinged joints are in the form of a controllable ball and socket joint comprising an open outer casing, within which a stabilizer is arranged, and a rotatable head which is mounted on a rod. The rotatable head is provided with a locking mechanism. The technical result achieved when using the claimed invention consists in expediting and simplifying a change in the positions of a mannequin from defence to counterattack.

Description

The invention relates to the field of sports and sports games and can be used for training athletes and the development of various muscle groups, as well as technical and power training techniques in sports and martial arts.

Performing exercises on training devices and simulators allows, on the one hand, to maintain a high degree of conjugation with the main competitive movement, and on the other hand, to selectively influence the development of the necessary physical qualities.

Currently, they use special simulators for practicing strokes and developing various muscle groups. It’s a well-known training device for improving the technique in martial arts, which is a mannequin torso made of various materials, the limbs of the body are set in motion, simulating the movement of the enemy (KI 94471 I1, publ. 05.27.2010).

These devices allow you to practice a small number of performed techniques, as a result of which the athlete does not get the opportunity to fully train, limiting the athlete's professional development.

The closest in technical essence to the claimed technical solution is a device for training martial arts, containing an athlete’s mannequin mounted on a sleeve located on the base of the axis with a support mannequin, a shoulder part pivotally connected to the body and with the mannequin’s forearms, a rigidly fixed sleeve on its pelvic the parts associated with the forearm of the mannequin are made in the form of hinges with holes installed in the additional support, a lever for moving the mannequin body up and down, connected with a mannequin-bearing sleeve, and levers associated with the mannequin's forearms made with the possibility of manipulating them with a trainer (KI 2160620, publ. 12.20.2000). The technical task of the claimed invention is the creation of a device for training and training in martial arts techniques, which can significantly expand the number of skills developed, increase the range of martial arts techniques used by an athlete with the ability to independently work out both shock equipment and fighting techniques in sports such as boxing, kick-boxing , karate, ju-jitsu, sambo, judo and other martial arts.

The technical result achieved when using the claimed invention is expressed in accelerating and simplifying the change of position of the dummy from protection to counterattack, which is achieved due to the quick and accurate installation and adjustment of the limbs of the dummy. In addition, it is possible to use the claimed invention as a sports apparatus for the development of the muscles of the arms, legs and back for compression, bench press and tear.

The design of the dummy allows you to increase the accuracy of testing striking techniques and the quality of setting defense techniques, improve the practice of throwing techniques and power life of wrestling techniques, create your own models of defense and strikes during self-training from simple to complex.

The device can be used to teach defense against attacks using edged and firearms, to strengthen the student’s psychophysical and psychological stability. The claimed device can also be used for domestic purposes as an exhibition mannequin.

The technical result of the claimed invention is achieved by the fact that the device for training martial arts includes a support and a mannequin containing a frame with moving limbs connected by articulated joints. In this case, the swivel joints are made in the form of an adjustable ball joint, consisting of an open outer casing, inside of which a stabilizer is located, and a rotary head mounted on the rod. The swivel head is equipped with a locking mechanism.

The stabilizer consists of a stabilizer body, in the center of which is the stabilizer hinge, and a cone spring.

The mechanism for fixing the head includes a rod, a stopper lever mounted on the rod, a spring and a brake shoe.

Use the device as follows. The capacity of the support (32) is pre-filled with water or sand to the desired mass to ensure the stability of the mannequin. Having established a mannequin for practicing impacts, it is connected with a telescopic rod (31) to a fixed support (32) using a docking unit (16). Expose the necessary position of the arms, legs (limbs) or torso. To set the mannequin in a predetermined position, move the stopper knob (12). In this case, the nose of the stopper handle (10) rests on the axis (11) and affects the spacer spring (15), which is compressed (Fig. 4). When striking, the system stabilizes the position of the hinge head. The principle of operation of the stabilization system is that after the application of force to the limb, the rod (14) is rejected. The conical spring (6) under the influence of the stabilizer body (7) briefly takes a compressed position (Fig. 5), deviating in the direction of the applied force from a given axis to 35 °, and under the influence of the reverse spring force (6) returns the stem (14) to starting position. The conical spring (6) suppresses inertial oscillatory movements and, if necessary, works on twisting.

To practice tricks in boxing, kickboxing or karate, the mannequin is used as a pear, but at the same time, putting the limbs and the body of the mannequin in the appropriate positions depending on the desired task. The hinges standing in the sole of the foot after the sweeps made allow the limbs to quickly return to their original position, which is typical for honing the skill of sweeping in judo.

The dummy can be used to train and practice the painful techniques of Sambo and Jiu-Jitsu for twisting the limbs, as in the stabilization system the cone spring works for compression and twisting.

To work out methods of protection against cold weapons and firearms, a weapon model is inserted into the dummy's wrist. The brush can be clenched into a fist and put on a boxing glove. To practice throws in various types of wrestling and judo, the mannequin is disconnected from the support, the foot rollers are removed into the body for stability and the parts of the mannequin body are put into the necessary position for the throws.

Additionally, various parts of the mannequin can be used as sports equipment for the development of various muscle groups and maintaining athletic form.

The invention can be made using standard industrial equipment.

A device for training martial arts, including a support (32) and a mannequin (1), containing a frame with movable limbs connected by articulated joints, characterized in that the articulated joints are made in the form of an adjustable ball joint, consisting of an open outside the housing, inside which the stabilizer (7) is located, and the rotary head mounted on the rod (14), while the rotary head is equipped with a locking mechanism. 2.
