Abstract

The invention relates to preparing a medication for treatment of inflammatory diseases of the locomotor system based on refined petroleum (naphthalan) and zeolite (clinoptilolite). Medications based on both naphthalan and zeolite (each separately) are known and have been used for a long time as medications for treatment of the locomotor system diseases. The claimed medication contains: zeolite - 18-25; paraffin+wax 1:1 - 16-20; sea salt - 3-5; Ag-zeolite - 1-3; refined naphthalan - the remainder. The essence of the claimed invention consists in that new ingredients are included in claimed amounts in the therapeutic compositions for the local treatment of inflammatory diseases of both joints and muscles and epidermis and their quantitative ratio provides activation of metabolic processes in the skin, normalizes the blood supply, eliminates congestion in inflammation zones, accelerates penetration of active medicinal substances into affected regions without inducing allergic reactions.

Description

The invention relates to the creation of an agent for the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the musculoskeletal system, namely, diseases of the joints, intervertebral osteochondrosis, non-specific infectious arthritis and polyarthritis, gout and gouty polyarthritis, professional polyarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.

Preparations based on both naphthalan and zeolite are known (each separately) and have been used since ancient times.

Naftalan oil has a pronounced biological activity. The following types of its effects on the body are known:

anti-inflammatory, resolving (for example, promotes resorption of hemorrhages), anesthetizing, in particular local anesthetizing.

These or other aspects of the specific pharmacological activity of Naftalan oil are due to its specific fractions. In this connection, not only naphthenic hydrocarbons, but also progesterone analogues, polycyclic hydrocarbons, and microelements appear biologically active in this regard [1].

Along with this, zeolites also have biological activity, a stimulating effect, both sorption and ion-exchange properties, the ability to give the body the necessary micromacroelements, which determine its activating ability on metabolic processes in cells [2].

Known drug based on zeolite - Litovit-M, which has the properties inherent to minerals with selective ion-exchange and sorption effects, is preferred for use in disorders of the immune system (immunodeficiencies, rheumatoid polyarthritis, etc.) and injuries of the musculoskeletal system [3] . However, it is used only orally.

Known paste mineral complex Vitaionitis based on various clays and clinoptilolite, used for diseases of the musculoskeletal system, however, this complex is used only as an aid in the treatment of arthritis, arthrosis, polyarthritis, traumatic arthritis (TU 915-002-03029859-2010).

A known composition based on shungite with zeolite 10-12%), where shungite is fossilized oil, however, this composition, although it has positive sides, is used only in the form of an anti-radiculitis belt, back pads, knee pads, elbow pieces, massage mats that need to be use within 8 hours per day [4].

Known composition Naftalgin - an analgesic emulsion, which includes analgin, methyl salicylate and naphthalan oil - 2.5 g each, emulsifier - 13 g, a mixture of sperm whale fatty acids - 3 g, distilled water - 7.5 g [5].

Known composition based on naphthalan oil, paraffin and petralatum [5].

However, prolonged use of known formulations based on refined Naftalan oil causes redness and itching.

Closest to the claimed is a heating and disinfecting agent in the form of applications based on dehydrated zeolite - clinoptilolite and native naphthalan oil [6].

The disadvantage is that the product itself is very fluid, and the dehydrated zeolite clinoptilolite is necessarily kept in a vacuum and opened only immediately before use, which complicates its use.

The objective of the proposed invention is to simplify the technology of preparation and use, as well as improving the effectiveness of local treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system.

The problem is solved by the use of an agent for the treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system based on naphthalan oil and clinoptilolite zeolite, where according to the invention refined naphthalan is used as the naphthalan oil in the composition of the agent and sea salt is additionally introduced as an additional microelement source, Ad-zeolite disinfecting component, paraffin mixture with wax taken in a ratio of 1: 1 as a coagulant composition, in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that medicinal compositions for the local treatment of inflammatory diseases of both joints and muscles and the epidermis, by introducing new ingredients within the claimed limits, their quantitative ratio ensures the activation of metabolic processes in the skin, normalizes blood circulation, and eliminates congestion in

- 1 021871 areas of inflammation, accelerate the penetration of active therapeutic substances into the affected areas, while not causing an allergic background.

When using zeolite above the claimed limit, a poorly lubricating, quick-rolling paste is obtained, and a decrease in its amount is impractical.

The use of sea salt above the claimed limit leads to an excess of iodine and bromine, and below the declared limit it is impractical.

A mixture of paraffin with wax, used above the claimed limit, leads to the formation of a thick, poorly spreading consistency on the surface of the skin, and below that, the fluidity of the ointment as a whole increases.

The use of Ad-zeolite above the claimed limit in the composition of the ointment is advisable, and below it worsens the bactericidal properties of the ointment.

Sea salt is a white crystalline powder, which was carefully ground before use, sieved through a sieve and the resulting powder of fraction 0-1 was mixed with naphthalan. It has a beneficial effect in diseases of the musculoskeletal system, radiculitis, polyarthritis, edema, and stimulates metabolic processes in the body.

Refined naphthalan oil is a thick, syrupy black liquid with greenish fluorescence and a distinctive oil smell, which is obtained by dehydration and desalting of native naphthalan oil.

The composition of refined naphthalan oil includes cyclic saturated (naphthenic) hydrocarbons (57%). They significantly differ from naphthenic hydrocarbons of other oils and incorporate a cyclopentanoperhydrophenanthrene skeleton, which is part of cholesterol, cholic acid, sex hormones, vitamin I and other biologically active substances.

In arthrology, naphthalan is used to treat polyarthritis of various etiologies, including brucellosis osteochondrosis [4]. Naftalanotherapy can be recommended for people with arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower extremities and deforming osteoarthritis even in the presence of some forms of coronary heart disease and hypertension [7].

Ad clinoptilolite is obtained by treating natural clinoptilolite. 0.1 Ν-m solution of silver nitrate (AdNΟz) in the ratio T: W 1: 2 at a temperature of 60-70 ° C for 3 hours. To prevent the possibility of reduction of silver ions, processing is carried out in the dark. The sample is washed with distilled water until a negative reaction to silver ions, then dried at a temperature of 100-120 ° C. As is known, Ad clinoptilolite has a bactericidal property and promotes the disinfection of refined naphthalan.

Zeolite-clinoptilolite - Azerbaijan’s Ay-Dag deposit is pre-washed and calcined in furnaces at a temperature of 200-250 ° C, then ground in a ball mill and sieved 0-1 (7-8 microns). Along with other therapeutic effects, zeolite is used in the form of mud applications for gout, diseases of the musculoskeletal system and pain syndromes.

Zeolite in the form of mud baths has local antitoxic, anti-inflammatory, sorption, regenerative effects. Zeolite is an additional source of trace elements, since dehydration of native naphthalan to produce refined naphthalan leads to the removal of salts dissolved in this phase, which are sources of trace elements, significantly decreasing in the composition of refined naphthalan together with water [6].

Beeswax along with an increase in the viscosity and density of naphthalan oil has a number of medicinal properties: anti-inflammatory, wound healing and softening properties. Mastic from wax is effective in the treatment of peripheral blood circulation disorders, more often in the lower extremities.

The tool (ΖΕΟΝΑΕΤ) based on the above ingredients is prepared as follows.

In a heat-resistant glass equipped with a stirrer, the calculated amount of refined naphthalan is poured and placed in a water bath. With constant stirring, zeolite components (like natural Ad-zeolite) are gradually added to the glass within the claimed limits. With stirring, the mixture is heated to 60-70 ° C and when this temperature is reached, crushed sea salt and pre-melted wax and paraffin are added to the resulting mass, without stopping mixing until a homogeneous mass is obtained for 1.5-2 hours, after which the heater is turned off and stirring is continued until a thick, creamy, uniform mass is obtained. The ointment is packed in jars with a ground lid. The resulting ointment has a black-brown color with a characteristic smell of oil. Examples are tabulated.

Examples.

Patient M., born in 1973. The diagnosis is arthrosis of both joints.

Confirmation: X-ray analysis of the joints, a blood test showed a deficiency of Ca - 50%; desentimetry osteoporosis ΙΙ-ΙΙΙ degree.

Complaints: pain at rest and in movement during the day and worse in the evening.

Clinic: painful movements, limited mobility, goose gait.

Treatment:

1) a diet rich in trace elements - raw vegetables, fruits;

2) homeolidotherapy;

3) physiotherapy: bioptron - phototherapy with the following tools - application of the proposed tool with a thin layer for 30-60 minutes, followed by an increase of up to 2 hours, 10 procedures.

The condition has improved significantly. Repeated procedures are recommended once a quarter.

Patient K., born in 1984. The diagnosis of rheumatoid orthritis deforming parasitic etiology (toxoplasmosis).

The described method of treatment was applied in 10 patients. All patients managed to achieve a reduction in pain from 3 to 8 months, as well as an increase in range of motion in the affected joints. There were no complications when using the proposed tool.
