Abstract
В изобретении предлагается устройство и соответствующий способ извлечения, охлаждения и транспортирования потоков, вытекающих из подводных нефтяных формаций на удаленные расположенные на берегу устройства для обработки. Вытекающие потоки, которые представляют собой главным образом сырую нефть, быстро транспортируют в генератор холодного потока, расположенный недалеко от устья нефтяной скважины на морском дне, с использованием холодной морской воды для охлаждения вытекающих потоков, чтобы получить дисперсную смесь, содержащую генерированные твердые вещества. Полученную смесь транспортируют при температурах, близких к температурам морского дна, медленно, при малых потерях давления, с использованием дешевых подводных труб без нарезки, на большие расстояния к расположенным на берегу или поблизости от берега устройствам для обработки, которые позволяют получать полезные углеводородные продукты более эффективно, чем морские устройства для обработки. Устройство позволяет исключить или снизить до минимума необходимость нагрева или использования изолированных труб, а также необходимость использования больших плавучих устройств для обработки и необходимость использования подводного оборудования для обработки и/или необходимость химических добавок в технологический поток.
