Abstract

The technical solution relates to closures for containers, essentially for bottles with elite alcohol drinks, particularly to closures fit with a tamper-proof collar.The tamper-proof closure cap comprises a screw cap with a control indicator collar, a metallic casing fixed on said cap consisting of two adjacent parts, wherein the control indicator collar is made as a shoe whose width in the lower part constitutes 2.32.5 of the width of the middle part of the shoe, the contour of the collar being perforated, whereas the edges of the casing are rolled into the control indicator collar in the places of perforations so that they might emerge just as in the upper so in the lower part when unscrewing the cap, indicating thereby first opening of the cap.The proposed invention makes possible to simplify the structure of the device, improve its reliability at closing and raise the level of protection from unauthorized opening.

Description

The invention relates to closures for containers, mainly for bottles with elite spirits, in particular to such devices that have a strip attached to them to indicate opening.

Beverage manufacturers are interested in the fact that their products supplied to the market are protected from unauthorized opening until the moment they are opened by the final consumer of the product. For this purpose, lids of containers are usually provided with a means that will indicate whether the lid has been opened prior to sale or not.

In various types of lids with strips for indicating the opening, the strip remains on the container when the main part of the container lid is unscrewed. For example, a closure for closing bottles (US Patent No. 3,930,588, IPC B Ό 65 / 41/34, publ. 01/06/76) is an aluminum cap for closing bottles, fitted with a threaded element for mounting on the neck of the bottle and containing a perforated indication means to facilitate opening and removing the cap. When the cap is unscrewed, the fragile bridges collapse and the separated strip falls down onto the neck of the container.

Known safety cover for vessels of the type of bottles (KP, patent No. 2229424, V 65 Ό 41/38, 2004), which prevents from replacing valuable liquid with a fake, misleading the buyer-consumer. The lid contains a locking ring-shaped liner fixed between the inner and outer caps, and the outer cap has a loose connection with the indicator ring tape, a violation of which indicates opening the vessel and on which internal teeth are made to engage with the hub teeth. When the outer cap is unscrewed for the first time, the turned teeth of the sleeve break the test tape, which signals the opening of the vessel.

Although such strips to indicate opening have been widely recognized, it is very difficult to satisfy all the conflicting requirements of the manufacturer. On the one hand, it is necessary that the lids can be manufactured and placed on containers at a very high speed without unintentional destruction or deformation of the strip itself. On the other hand, after the container has been completely installed on the container, the indicator strip must be firmly fixed under the container’s retaining flange, and the bottle manufacturers' requirements for such secure fastening are becoming increasingly severe. In addition, the lintels must collapse sufficiently easily so that the lid cannot be unscrewed from the container without destroying the lintels.

Known caps, which in most cases contain a strip of indication of opening or indicator belt. Some of these caps are made of plastic, as described in US Pat. No. 4,546,892, IPC B 65 Ό 41/34, publ. 15.10.85, the indicator belt is connected to the lid by jumpers. In the described patent “Cover with attached opening strip” (RF Patent No. 2139230, IPC B 65 Ό 41/34, published on 10.10.99) the cover is connected to the opening indication strip by means of fragile jumpers and at least one strong jumper. When the lid is removed from the container, the indicator strip collapses, while remaining connected to the lid, signaling the first opening of the bottle.

Other caps are made of metal, as described in French patent No. 2677333, IPC 65 Ό 41/44, publ. 11.12.92 This cap has a strip of opening indication with a tongue and transverse grooves, bounded on both sides by perforations.

Known technical solutions are not sufficiently reliable design in which the jumper can be destroyed during installation of the cover on the container or prematurely and inconsistently when they begin to remove the cover from the container. In other cases, excessive force is required to remove the cap from the container.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect is a capping cap (RF Patent No. 2223209, IPC B 65 Ό 41/62, publ. 10.02.2004), containing a metal casing, a plastic bushing rigidly connected to the casing, and an opening indicator in a form of indicator belt connected to the lid. The indicator belt contains an inner rim, fitted with engagement means, which are legs, pointing inside the cap and snapping under the annular flange of the bottleneck so that during the first opening of the cap, the lintels collapse and the indicator belt becomes visible.

The disadvantage of such a closure cap is that it is possible to remove the lid and remove or hide the display belt with, for example, a sharp thin object, replace the contents of the container and then place the lid again.

The technical problem to be solved by the proposed design is to develop a simpler and more reliable design of the closure cap with display means that would satisfy high consumer qualities, providing high performance, reasonable cost and increased comfort in their use.

The technical result obtained when implementing the proposed design, is to simplify the design, reducing the complexity of manufacturing the device, as well as improving the reliability of the display tool.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the closing cap with tamper indicator includes a screw cap made with a control indicator rim, a metal casing fixed on the lid and made of two contiguous parts, while the control indicator corolla is made in the form of a boot, the width of the lower part of which is the size of 2.3-2.5 width of the middle part of the boot, perforation along the rim of the corolla is perforated, and the edges of the casing are folded into the control indicator corolla at the points of perforation from The possibility of appearing both at the top and bottom when unscrewing the lid, signaling the first opening.

In addition, in the particular case of the implementation of the invention, the closure cap with an indication of the opening may contain a filling element.

The possibility of carrying out the invention, characterized by the above set of features, as well as the possibility of realizing the purpose of the invention can be confirmed by the description of the design of the sealing cap made in accordance with the present invention. A safety cap for a bottle with an indication of opening contains a metal casing 1, divided into two parts, a screw cap 2 with an internal thread 3, made in the lower part along the contour with a control indicator rim 4, a divider 5 with an external thread 6 interacting with the internal thread 3 screw cover 2. On the inner surface of the upper part of the cover there is an annular sealing protrusion 7. There is a perforation 8 along the contour of the indicator corolla, and the edges of the casing 1 are seamed at the perforation site.

When unscrewing the cap, the nimbus 4 collapses, and the visible parts of the indicator corolla appear both in the upper and in the lower part, signaling about the first opening.

The width of the lower part of the boot is 2.3-2.5 width of the middle part of the boot, which ensures an easy tear of the indicator belt and does not allow the lower part to come out of the rolling.

In addition, the closure cap with the tamper-evident indication further comprises a filling element, not shown in the drawing. The filling element can be made in the form of a hydraulic shutter or with a shut-off valve, which will prevent the bottle from being refilled with liquid.

The device works as follows.

When screwing the screw cap 2, the riveted indicator belt 4 breaks, which becomes visible in the upper or lower part of the casing 1, signaling the first opening. Collect or restore a broken indicator belt becomes impossible.

The casing 1 of the safety cover was made of aluminum by stamping (drawing), the plastic sleeve 3 was made by injection molding of low-pressure polyethylene.

The filling cap element is made from environmentally friendly polymeric materials on high-performance injection molding machines by injection molding on molds with hot runner system. On the assembly machine, all parts were sequentially assembled in automatic mode. The capping is performed by pressing from top to bottom through the capping machine.

The present invention allows to simplify the design of the device, to increase its reliability when closing, as well as to provide a level of protection against unauthorized opening.

A closure cap with an indication of opening, including a screw cap made with a control indicator whisk, a metal casing fixed to the cover and made of two contacting parts, characterized in that the control indicator whisk is made in the form of a boot, the width of the lower part of which is 2 , 3-2.5 of the width of the middle part of the boot, perforation is performed along the rim contour, and the edges of the casing are rolled into a control indicator whisk at the perforation sites with the possibility of appearing as in the upper, and in the lower part when unscrewing the cover, signaling the first opening. 2. The closure cap according to claim 1, characterized in that it may contain a pouring element, preventing re-filling with liquid. 3.
