Abstract

Use: in vehicles for transporting bulked cargo to cover cargo inclined to inflammability, e.g. chemical products. The aim of the invention is to make cover of two awnings from non-inflammable or hardly-inflammabale fabric material, one of them is placed on the vehicle body bottom and fixed to the inner walls of the vehicle body, while the other is placed atop of the body and fixed to the outer walls of the vehicle body.

Description

The invention relates to a covering vehicles and can be used for harboring bulk cargo during their bulk transport in the vehicle bodies. In particular, the utility model concerns the design of a shelter for lump sulfur, transported by rail in open freight gondola cars.

Prior art

During the transportation of lump sulfur in open gondolas, there are cases of ignition along the way of sulfur, caused by external environmental influences and the influence of the conditions of transportation. This situation leads to disorganization of the rhythm of the movement of trains, violation of the terms of delivery of goods, is detrimental to the image of the carrier. Thus, the main issue is the question of the security of the transported cargo such as lump sulfur from fire.

A vehicle body is known, comprising a bottom, sides, and a flexible roof formed by an elastic sheath in which a hollow rods element is located, connected to a container communicated with a pressure source (CN, No. 2026213, MKI V60P 7 / 04.10.01.1995).

Known shelter body of the vehicle for the transport of bulk cargoes, containing guides mounted on the added side sides of the body with carriages moved in them and an elastic awning made of two parts, each of which is attached to the carriage and to the superstructure board (Key, No. 2207259, MKI V60R 7 / 04.27.06.2003). A disadvantage of the known devices is the complexity of their structures and the vulnerability of the transported goods to fire, as the influence of the external environment and conditions of transportation on the dangerous goods is not excluded.

Known cargo shelter in the back of a vehicle containing an awning formed by a fabric material made with its fastening elements located around the perimeter (A.S. MelikSarkisyants et al. "Trailers for passenger cars", M., "Transport", 1979 ., pp. 40-41).

This solution was chosen as a prototype for each of the claimed objects.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION

The present invention is directed to solving the technical problem of cargo shelter in the back of a vehicle through the use of a tent covering the transportable sulfur in vehicles, which has improved performance characteristics both in material composition and through the use of a simple mechanism for attaching it to the supporting sides of gondola cars.

Achieved at the same technical result is to improve the security of transport of flammable goods such as lump sulfur due to its localization from the effects of the external environment.

This technical result for the first option is achieved by the fact that in the shelter of cargo in the back of a vehicle containing an awning formed by a fabric material made with its fastening elements located along the entire perimeter, characterized in that the awning fabric material is made of polypropylene, and the awning is made with the ability to attach to the inner surfaces of the sides of the vehicle body above the level of the cargo by hooking the fastening elements in the form of brackets (brackets) for the counter elements n on the back of the vehicle.

This technical result for the second option is achieved by the fact that in the shelter of cargo in the back of a vehicle containing an awning formed from a fabric material made with elements of its attachment on the vehicle body located along the entire perimeter of the awning, said rectangular awning is designed to be placed on the bottom of the vehicle body, the fastening elements of the specified awning are made in the form of loops around its perimeter, successively through which at least one cable is passed, clinging with reciprocal elements on the inner surface of the sides of the vehicle body, while the shelter is provided with an additional rectangular awning covering the vehicle body from above and made with fastening elements of this awning in the form of loops around its perimeter, sequentially through which at least one cable is passed, meshed with reciprocal elements on the outer surface of the sides of the vehicle body, and the fabric material of both awnings is made of glass fabric fabric ionic or polypropylene with the addition of hard-to-combustible compositions to the latter.

In this case, the awning, placed on the bottom of the vehicle body, additionally for the purpose of aligning it along the bottom of the body, is attached with pressing it to the bottom of the body with an additional cable or tape, passed across the awning through the response elements on the inner surface of the vehicle body and loop of this awning.

These signs are essential with the formation of a stable set of essential features, sufficient to obtain the desired technical result.

The best embodiments of the invention

According to the present invention, the cargo shelter 1 in the first embodiment (FIG. 1) in the back of a vehicle 2 contains an awning 3, which is made of a rectangular shape from a woven material - polypropylene, which, due to its composition, provides protection against the fire of transported chemical products, such as lump sulfur . Along the entire perimeter of the tent 3, fastening elements 4 are fixed, which are brackets that engage with any counter elements present in the vehicle body. The awning is made with the possibility of attachment to the inner surfaces of the sides of the vehicle body above the level of the location of the cargo (Fig. 2, 3). Thus, after placing the tent over the load, the lumpy sulfur is localized from external environmental influences.

After the cargo is covered by an awning 3 of polypropylene, it can be additionally covered from above by a system of cables 5, as shown in FIG. 3

Thus, the described shelter of the transported cargo, the awning material of which is made of propylene, protects the cargo from fire due to the localization of cargo such as lump sulfur from external influence from the side of the open body.

According to the present invention, the cargo cover in the vehicle body according to the second embodiment comprises the first awning 6 (FIG. 4) formed of a fabric material made with its fastening elements 7 on the vehicle body located along the entire perimeter of the awning. This rectangular awning is placed on the bottom of the vehicle body for loading lump sulfur-type cargo (Fig. 5). The fastening elements of the said tent are made in the form of loops around its perimeter, successively through which at least one cable 8 is passed, hooked with response elements on the inner surface of the sides 9 of the vehicle body.

The awning, stacked on the bottom of the vehicle body, is additionally secured by pressing it to the bottom of the body with an additional cable or tape 10 (FIG. 5), ensuring alignment of the canvas of the awning on the floor surface of the body. This cable or tape is passed across the awning through the response elements on the inner surface of the sides of the vehicle body and the loop of this awning.

The shelter is provided with a second (additional) awning 11 (FIG. 6) of rectangular shape, covering the vehicle body from above (FIG. 7) and made with fastening elements of this awning in the form of loops 12 along its perimeter, sequentially through which at least one cable is passed 13, engaged with the counter elements 14 on the outer surface of the sides 9 of the vehicle body.

The fabric material of both awnings in this embodiment is made of glass constructional fabric or polypropylene with the addition of difficult combustible compositions to the latter.

With such a performance of tents and their placement, conditions are created that localize lump sulfur from the effects of the external environment both from the bottom of the body and from the open body, which excludes its ignition.

Thus, the described cover of the transported cargo protects the cargo against fire.

Industrial Applicability

The present invention is industrially applicable, as it can be manufactured using widely used materials and tools. The invention was tested at a number of stations of JSC Russian Railways, JSC NK Kazakhstan Railways during the implementation of the shipment of sulfur. At the same time, there are no cases of sulfur ignition during transportation.
