Abstract
After the reaching of the focal point, a regulating circuit is closed, and the pulse modulated value detected at the focal point stored. The control voltage (Us) produced from the pulse modulated voltage, serves as an offset voltage for the actuator (4). The control voltage (Us) is superimposed by an AC component.
