Claims (11)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et bio-produkt fra en lignocelluloseholdig biomasse der består afen samlet mængde xylaner, en samlet mængde glukaner, en samlet mængde lignin, og vand, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter trinnene: a. at indføre den lignocelluloseholdige biomasse, en samlet mængde gas og damp i en trykreaktor i en trykreaktoranordning der drives på en kontinuerlig måde under forhold, hvor der er et damp-tomrum i trykreaktoren, hvor en del af dampen kondenseres i den lignocelluloseholdige biomasse med trykreaktoren; b. at fastholde denlignocelluloseholdige biomasse i trykreaktoren ved et lignocelluloseholdig biomassetryk der er større end 10 bar i en opholdstid fra 0,5 minutter til 120 minutter, ved en damp-tomrumtemperatur i et område fra 130°C til 230°C, hvor lignocelluloseholdig biomassetrykket er mindst 1 bar større end et ren damp-ligevægtstryk ved damp-tomrumtemperaturen; c. at raffinere den lignocelluloseholdige biomasse ved hurtigt at lette det lignocelluloseholdige biomassetryk mens den lignocelluloseholdige biomasse udledes fra trykreaktoranordningen for at danne en forbehandlet lignocelluloseholdig biomasse; d. at hydrolysere mindst en del af glukanerne til en mængde glukose; og e. at omdanne mindst en del af mængden af glukose til bio-produktet.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den lignocelluloseholdige biomasse endvidere omfatter indespærret luft, og mindst en del af gassen er den indespærrede luft indført i trykreaktoren som del af den lignocelluloseholdige biomasse.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 2, hvor fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter et xylan-separationstrin, hvor mindre end 15% af den samlede mængde af xylaner separeres fra den lignocelluloseholdige biomasse inden indførelse i trykreaktoren.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 2, hvor fremgangsmåden ikke omfatter et xylan-separationstrin inden indførelse i trykreaktoren.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter et iblødsætningstrin, hvor lignocelluloseholdig biomassen lægges i blød i en væske der består af vand inden lignocelluloseholdig biomassen indføres i trykreaktoren.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter et luftningstrin, hvor den lignocelluloseholdige biomasse luftes efter iblødsætningstrinnet ved at eksponere den lignocelluloseholdige biomasse for luft.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor den lignocelluloseholdige biomasse komprimeres ved en komprimeringstemperatur i et område fra 25°C til lavere end 100 °C inden den lignocelluloseholdige biomasse indføres i trykreaktoren.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor trykreaktoren har et trykreaktorvolumen, og damp-tomrummet har et damp-tomrum-volumen, der er mellem 5% og 80% af trykreaktorvolumenet.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvor det lignocelluloseholdige biomassetryk er valgt således, at damp fra raffineringstrinnet sprænger den lignocelluloseholdige biomasse.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor damp-tomrumtemperaturen og opholdstiden styres således, at mere end 65% af den samlede mængde af xylaner genvindes i den forbehandlede lignocelluloseholdige biomasse.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10, hvor det lignocelluloseholdige biomassetryk styres således, at den forbehandlede lignocelluloseholdige biomasse omfatter en mængde tilgængelige glukaner, og mængden af tilgængelige glukaner i den forbehandlede lignocelluloseholdige biomasse i forhold til den samlede mængde glukaner i den forbehandlede lignocelluloseholdige biomasse er større end 80%.
