Claims (12)
1. Biokemisk proces til denitrifikation af en hypersalin spildevandssammensaetning, som omfatter en koncentration pS mindst 0,1% (w/v) nitrat og en koncentration pS mindst 5% (w/v) chlorid, hvilken proces omfatter trinnet at anvende et samfund af halofile og/eller halotolerante bakterier, som eventuelt ogsS indeholder ikke-specialiserede medlemmer, til denitrifikation af det hypersaline spildevand, hvor fremgangsmêden omfatter selektion af naevnte samfund fra en slamblanding bestelende af fra 85 til 95 vaegt% aktiveret slam fra denitrifikationstrinnet i et kommunalt spildevandsbehandlingsanlaeg og fra 5 til 15 vaegt% saltvandsslam fra krystallisationsdammen i et soldrevet saltvaerk, og hvor slammet omfatter bakterier fra i det mindste folgende slaegter: Pseudomonas, Bacillus og Halomonas.
2. Fremgangsiriclde ifolge krav 1 til behandling af hypersalint spildevand, der stammer fra en ionbytterproces, omfattende en koncentration pS mindst 0,1% (w/v) nitrat og en koncentration pS mindst 5% (w/v) chlorid.
3. Fremgangsiriclde ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 2, hvor koncentrationen af nitrat er mindst 0,20% (w/v), mere fortrinsvis 0,25% (w/v).
4. Fremgangsiriclde ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3 til behandling af hypersalint spildevand, der stammer fra en produktionsproces, der anvender kaliumchlorid og calciumnitrat til fremstilling af en calciumchlorid- og nitratholdig spildevandsstrom.
5. Fremgangsiriclde ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4 til behandling af hypersalint spildevand, der stammer fra en produktionsproces, der anvender natriumchlorid og calciumnitrat til fremstilling af en calciumchlorid- og nitratholdig spildevandsstrom.
6. Fremgangsiriclde ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor samfundet er valgt fra en slamblanding bestelende af 90 vaegt% aktiveret slam fra denitrifikationstrinnet i et kommunalt spildevandsbehandlingsanlaeg og 10 vaegt% saltvandsslam fra krystallisationsdammen i et soldrevet saltvaerk.
7. Fremgangsiriclde ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor de halofile bakterier er valgt fra slaegtene Pseudomonas (tilstedevaerelse: 19 vaegt%), Bacillus (tilstedevaerelse: 4vaegt%) og Halomonas (tilstedeveerelse: 3 vaegt%) og eventuelt med mindre (1 vaegt% eller mindre) tilstedevaerelse Rhodobacter, Arthrobacter, Flexibacter, Propionibacterium, Enterobacteriaceae, Flavobacterium, Bradyrhizobium, Hyphomicrobium, Lysobacter, Sinorhizobium, Azospirillum, Thiobacillus, Sphingobacter, Paracoccus, Aeromanas, Ochrobacterium, Nitrosomonas, Herbaspirillum, Janthinobacterium, Lactobacillus, Nitrobacter, Cellulomonas, streptomyceter, Cytophaga, Thiomicrospira, Beggiatoa, Cellvibno, Moraxella, Alteromonas, Kingella, AquaspiriHium, Norcadia og Azoarcus.
8. FremgangsmSde ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor fremgangsmêden udoves ved 35 °C til 40 °C, fortrinsvis ved 37 °C.
9. FremgangsmSde ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvor kaliumacetat anvendes som en carbonkilde.
10. FremgangsmSde ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor en initial nitratkoncentration pS 1,5 til 3,0 g/l reduceres til en koncentration pS 0,001 g/l inden for 24 til 48 timer.
11. FremgangsmSde ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10, hvor fremgangsmêden udfores i en bioreaktor til suspenderet slam.
12. FremgangsmSde ifolge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11, hvor fremgangsmêden udfores i en bioreaktor til flydende leje.
