Claims (8)
1. Synergistisk visbreaking-sammensætning af peroxid og en hydroxylamin-ester til øgning af visbreaking-effektiviteten for polypropylenpolymerer ved smelteekstruderingstemperaturer på under 250 °C, omfattende peroxid (i) og hydroxylaminester (ii) i et område på fra 1 vægt-%(i):99vægt-%(ii) til 99vægt-%(i):1vægt-%(ii), hvor peroxid (i) og hydroxylaminester (ii) skal tilsættes som en blanding eller som individuelle bestanddele til det polypropylen, der skal visbreakes hvor hydroxylaminesteren er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af sterisk hindrede aminderivater med formlen:
og peroxidet er udvalgt blandt 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bis(tert.butyl-peroxy)hexan, 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bis(tert.butyl-peroxy)hexyn-3, dicumyl-peroxid, di-tert.butyl-peroxid, tert.butyl-cumyl-peroxid og bis (tert.butylperoxy-isopropyl)benzen.
2. Synergistisk visbreaking-sammensætning ifølge krav 1, indeholdende rent peroxid (i) og ren hydroxylaminester (ii) i et område på fra 20vægt-%(i):80vægt-%(ii) til 95vægt-%(i):5vægt-%(ii), fortrinsvis i området fra 25vægt-%(i):75vægt-%(ii) til 90vægt-%(i):10vægt-%(ii), mere foretrukket i området fra 30vægt-7o(i):70vægt-%(ii) til 85vægt-%(i):15vægt-%(ii) og mest foretrukket i området fra 50vægt-%(i):50vægt-%(ii) til 85vægt-%(i):15vægt-%(ii).
3. Synergistisk visbreaking-sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor det polypropylen, der skal visbreakes, er en propylenhomopolymer eller
en propylencopolymer med op til 10 vægt-% comonomer udvalgt blandt ethy-len, 1-buten, 1-hexen og 1-octen, fortrinsvis en propylenhomopolymer.
4. Anvendelse af en sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, omfattende et peroxid (i) og en hydroxylaminester (ii) til øgning af smeltestrømningshastigheden MFR2 (230 °C/2,16 kg) målt i henhold til ISO 1133 for polypropylenpoly-merer ved smelteekstruderingstemperaturer under 250°C.
5. Fremgangsmåde til øgning af visbreaking-effektiviteten for polypropylen-polymerer ved smelteekstruderingstemperaturer under 250°C ved at tilsætte den synergistiske visbreaking-sammensætning af peroxid (i) og en hydroxylaminester (ii) ifølge et af de foregående krav 1 til 3 til den polypropylenpolymer, der skal visbreakes.
6. Anvendelse af polypropylenpolymerer, der er visbreaket med den synergistiske visbreaking-sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav 1 til 3 til fremstilling af smelteblæste non-wovens med forbedrede spærreegenskaber.
7. Smelteblæst non-woven omfattende polypropylenpolymerer, der er visbreaket med den synergistiske visbreaking-sammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav 1 til 3.
8. Artikel udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af filtrationsmedier (filter), bleer, hygiejnebind, trusseindlæg, inkontinensprodukter til voksne, beskyttende beklædning, afdækningsstykke, operationskittel og operationsbeklædning generelt, omfattende de smelteblæste non-wovens ifølge krav 7.
