Claims (14)
1. Strukturel kompositartikel (10; 100; 200) omfattende: et polymerlegeme (20), som har en første hovedflade (22) og en modstående anden hovedflade (24), hvor nævnte polymerlegeme (20) er dannet af et termoplastmateriale; en flerhed af fibre, som danner en fiberdispersion inden i polymerlegemet (20), hvilke fibre har en gennemsnitslængde på mindre end 15 mm og en gennemsnitsdiameter på mindre end 50 mikrometer; et lateralt udstrækkende ribbeelement (26), som strækker sig væk fra den anden hovedflade (24) og har en lateral længde og udgør en del af polymerlegemet (20); og et kontinuerligt fiberelement (30), som strækker sig langs og indlejret inden i den laterale længde af ribbeelementet (26), hvor det kontinuerlige fiberelement (30) omfatter mindst 1000 parallelle og sammen-udstrækkende kontinuerlige fibre og et resin, hvor det kontinuerlige fiberelement (30) har fra 50 til 30 vægtprocent resin.
2. Den strukturelle kompositartikel (10; 100; 200) ifølge krav 1, omfattende en flerhed af parallelle udstrækkende ribbeelementer (26), hvor mindst valgte ribbeelementer (26) omfatter et kontinuerligt fiberelement (30), som strækker sig langs den laterale længde af de valgte ribbeelementer (26).
3. Den strukturelle kompositartikel (10; 100; 200) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor fiberdispersionen har en gennemsnitslængde på mindre end 1 mm.

Den strukturelle kompositartikel (10; 100; 200) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det kontinuerlige fiberelement (30) omfatter mindst 2500 eller mindst 5000 eller mindst 7500 parallelle og sammen-udstrækkende kontinuerlige fibre, hvor det kontinuerlige fiberelement (30) har en diameter i et område fra 250 til 5000 mikrometer.
6. Den strukturelle kompositartikel (10; 100; 200) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det kontinuerlige fiberelement (30) er placeret ved en distal endedel af ribbeelementet (26).
7. Den strukturelle kompositartikel (10; 100; 200) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor polymerlegemet (20) omfatter et åbent netvævet element (40) indlejret inden i og koplanart med den første hovedflade (22) eller den modstående anden hovedflade (24), hvor i særdeleshed det åbne netvævede element (40) er tilstødende til og koplanart med den anden hovedflade (24) og den anden hovedflade (24) omfatter en tekstureret overflade.
8. Strukturel kompositartikel (10; 100; 200) omfattende: et polymerlegeme (20), som har en første hovedflade (22) og en modstående anden hovedflade (24), hvor nævnte polymerlegeme (20) er dannet af et termoplastmateriale og nævnte anden hovedflade (24) er en tekstureret overflade; et åbent netvævet element (40) indlejret inden i og koplanart med den teksturerede overflade; et lateralt udstrækkende ribbeelement (26) som strækker sig væk fra den anden hovedflade (24) og har en lateral længde og udgør en del af polymerlegemet (20); og et kontinuerligt fiberelement (30) som strækker sig langs og indlejret inden i den laterale længde af ribbeelementet (26), hvor det kontinuerlige fiberelement (30) omfatter mindst 1000 parallelle og sammen-udstrækkende kontinuerlige fibre og et resin, hvor det kontinuerlige fiberelement (30) har fra 50 til 30 vægtprocent resin.
9. Den strukturelle kompositartikel (10; 100; 200) ifølge krav 8, yderligere omfattende en flerhed af fibre, som danner en fiberdispersion inden i polymerlegemet (20), hvilke fibre haren gennemsnitslængde på mindre end 15 mm og en gennemsnitsdiameter på mindre end 50 mikrometer, hvor polymerlegemet (20) omfatter 10 til 50 vægtprocent fiberdispersion.
10. Den strukturelle kompositartikel (10; 100; 200) ifølge krav 9, hvor fiberdispersionen haren gennemsnitslængde på mindre end 1 mm.
11. Den strukturelle kompositartikel (10; 100; 200) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 8 til 10, hvor polymerlegemet (20) omfatter polypropylen, polyethylen, nylon, akrylonitrilbutadienstyren, styrenakrylonitril, akryl ellerstyren.
12. Den strukturelle kompositartikel (10; 100; 200) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 8 til 10, hvor polymerlegemet (20) omfatter PBT-polyester, PET-polyester, polyoxymethylen, polycarbonat eller polyphenylensulfid.
13. Den strukturelle kompositartikel (10; 100; 200) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 8 til 10, hvor polymerlegemet (20) omfatter polysulfon, polyethersulfon, polyethereetherketon, eller flydende krystalpolymer.
