Claims (15)

1. Et produkt omfattende et væskeabsorberende multilags-ark (1) med et væskeabsorberende midterlag (2) samt et første (3) og andet (4) yderlag af fibre, tissue eller folie tilvejebragt på hver sin side af midterlaget (2); hvor midterlaget er airlaid og omfatter cellulosefibre, superabsorbenter og varmeklæbende bindefibre; hvor andelen af var-meklæbende bindefibre i midterlaget er mellem 1% og 7% af den totale vægt af fibre i midterlaget og kendetegnet ved, at midterlaget (2) har en densitet, som er under 400kg/m3, at multilagsarket har prægninger, som danner adskilte områder (9), der er sammenpresset for etablering af sammenhæftningpunkter, der udgør mellem 10% og 20%, af arkets areal, fortrinsvis ca. 15%, og at andelen af de varmeklæbende bindefibre fortrinsvis er mellem 1% og 5%, mere fortrinsvis mellem 2% og 4%.

6. Et produkt ifølge krav 1 eller 2 samt 4 eller 5, hvor det første yderlag (3) udgøres af en folie, eller hvor begge yderlag udgøres af folie.
7. Et produkt ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor arket (1) langs kanterne (5) er en væskegennemtrængelig struktur, igennem hvilken væske kan transporteres fra kanten (5) og ind i midterlaget (2).
8. Anvendelse af et ark ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2 samt 4-7 til optagelse af væske fra fødevarer, fortrinsvis kødsaft fra kød, og hvor det første yderlag er orienteret mod kødet.
9. Anvendelse af et ark ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5 samt som hygiejneprodukt.
10. Fremstillingsmetode til en multilagsbane (30) for dannelse af ark (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7, hvor der fremstilles en kontinuerlig airlaid midterbane (2) af en blanding af cellulosefibre, superabsorbenter og varmeklæbende bindefibre med en densitet, der er under 400kg/m3; hvor der i midterlaget tilføres varmeklæbende bindefibre, som udgør mellem 1% og 7% af den totale vægt af fibre i midterlaget; hvor på hver side af midterbanen tilvejebringes en første (3) og anden (4) kontinuerlig yderbane af fibre, folie eller tissue for derved at danne en 3-lags struktur af banen; hvor de varmeklæbende bindefibre fortrinsvis tilføres i en procentdel på mellem 1% og 5%, fortrinsvis mellem 2% og 4%, hvor midterlaget udsættes for en kompaktning med opvarmede kompaktervalser; hvor banen eller banerne, der er fremstillet luftpermable, føres gennem en opvarmningszone (1,1) til opvarmning af banen henholdsvis banerne, hvor opvarmningstemperaturen og opvarmningstiden er tilpasset til en i det mindste delvis smeltning af de varmeklæbende bindefibre i midterbanen for at binde fibrene i midterbanen (2); hvor de dannede baner befugtes efter opvarmningszonen; hvor baner, som eventuelt ikke er luftpermeable, afvikles imellem opvarmningszonen (11) og en kalanderenhed (12), der drives med opvarmede kalandervalser (12) for varmkalandrering, hvorved bindefibrene presses ind i hinanden samtidig med, at der etableres hydrogenbindinger imellem cellulosefibrene; hvor midterbanen (2) altid udsættes for opvarmning forud for de sammenføjede baners kalandrering i kalanderenheden (12), og hvor kalandrering udfører en mønsterprægning med mønstrede valser til prægning af overfladen af multilagsbanen (30) med adskilte områder (9), der er sammenpresset for etablering af sammenhæftningpunkter, der udgør mellem 10% og 20%, af banens areal, fortrinsvis ca. 15%.
11. Fremstillingsmetode ifølge krav 10, hvor kalandrering af multilagsbanen foretages med to samvirkende kal anderval ser (12) med prægemønster for derved at tilvejebringe prægning på begge sider af banen.
12. Fremstillingsmetode ifølge krav 10 eller 11, hvor mindst en af kalandervalserne (12,13) på sin overflade er forsynet med linieformede forhøjninger for derved at danne et prægemønster i overfladen af multilagsbanen (30).
13. Fremstillingsmetode ifølge krav 12, hvor de linieformede forhøjninger er dannet på begge kalandervalser og forløber under 45° i forhold til valsemes aksiale udstrækning, og at orienteringen er rettet modsat, så sammenhæftningspunkteme dannes, hvor de linieformede forhøjninger krydser hinanden.
14. Fremstillingsmetode ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 10-13, hvor multilagsproduktet fremstilles, så arealet af hvert af sammenhæftningspunkteme er mellem 1,2 og 2,5 mm2, fortrinsvis ca. 1,7 mm2.
15. Fremstillingsmetode ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 10-14, hvor det første og andet yderlag (3,4) udgøres af non-woven lag eller tissue, eller hvor det ene yderlag udgøres af non-woven lag eller tissue og det andet yderlag udgøres af en folie.
