Claims (13)
1. Belyst ophthalmisk mikrokirurgisk instrument, omfattende et mikrokirurgisk instrument (46, 48, 50, 51) med en distal spids (76); og en optisk fiber (56) til levering af en lysstråle på et indgrebssted i et øje, hvor den optiske fiber omfatter en proksimal ende (60) til modtagelse af en lysstråle (70) fra en lyskilde (72) og en distal ende (66) nær ved den distale spids af det mikrokirurgiske instrument til emittering af lysstrålen, kendetegnet ved, at den distale ende har en afskrået endeflade (82), der er bortvendt fra den distale spids (76) på det mikrokirurgiske instrument i en spids vinkel i forhold til en optisk akse for den optiske fiber (56) , hvor den optiske fiber har et brydningsindeks, der er større end et brydningsindeks for en glasregion af øjet, således at lysstrålens udbredelsesvej fra den afskråede endeflade (82) brydes i retning af det mikrokirurgiske instrument, når det anvendes til at gennemføre et ophthalmisk kirurgisk indgreb.
2. Belyst mikrokirurgisk instrument ifølge krav 1, hvor: det mikrokirurgiske instrument omfatter en refleksionsflade nær ved den distale spids (76).
3. Belyst mikrokirurgisk instrument ifølge krav 1, hvor den afskråede endeflade (82) todeler den optiske akse (84).
4. Belyst mikrokirurgisk instrument ifølge krav 1, hvor den afskråede endeflade (82) er en i det væsentlige plan flade.
5. Belyst mikrokirurgisk instrument ifølge krav 1, hvor den afskråede endeflade (82) omfatter en i almindelighed konveks flade.
6. Belyst mikrokirurgisk instrument ifølge krav 1, hvor den afskråede endeflade (82) omfatter en i almindelighed konkav flade.

10. Belyst mikrokirurgisk instrument ifølge krav 1, hvor den distale ende (66) af den optiske fiber (56) er tilspidset.
11. Belyst mikrokirurgisk instrument ifølge krav 1, hvor den optiske fiber (56) er en første optisk fiber, og det belyste mikrokirurgiske instrument endvidere omfatter i det mindste en yderligere optisk fiber, hvor den distale ende af hver yderligere optisk fiber omfatter en afskrået endeflade (82), som er anbragt i en spids vinkel i forhold til en optisk akse (84) for den respektive optiske fiber.
12. Belyst mikrokirurgisk instrument ifølge krav 1, hvor den optiske fiber (56) omfatter en optisk gennemtrængelig kerne, der er omgivet af et beklædningsmateriale, og hvor beklædningsmaterialet er fjernet fra den tilspidsede distale ende af den optiske fiber.
13. Belyst mikrokirurgisk instrument ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor det belyste mikrokirurgiske instrument omfatter det ene af en vitrektomisonde, en infusionskanyle og en aspirationssonde.
