Claims (13)
1. Rørelement (10,10') til et varmevekslerorgan (100,100'), hvor rørelementet (10,10') er, i det mindste, et delvist stift, langstrakt varmevekslerrør med, i det mindste, en første ende (20) og, i det mindste, en anden ende (30) og har en første sidevæg (40) og en anden sidevæg (50), hvor den første sidevæg (40) og den anden sidevæg (50) er anbragt i det væsentlige parallelt til hinanden, og en afstand (d) mellem den første sidevæg (40) og den anden sidevæg (50), som er væsentlig mindre end bredden (W) af den første sidevæg (40) og den anden sidevæg (50) resulterende i en i det væsentlige overordnet flad rørstruktur med forbindelsesvægge (45,55) på begge sider, hvilket rørelement (10,10') har en flerhed af ribbe (60,60') på mindst en af de ydre overflader (42,52) af den første sidevæg (40) og/eller den anden sidevæg (50), hvor rørelementet er, i det mindste, delvist skråtstillet eller i det mindste delvist skråtstillet og skrånende og, i det mindste, delvist bøjet i en spiralform og/eller snoet for at danne, som det mindste, en del af en spiralformet struktur kendetegnet ved, at ribbene (60,60') er anbragt langs en kurve, som strækker sig langs hele bredden (W) af mindst en af de ydre overflader (42,52) af den første sidevæg (40) og/eller den anden sidevæg (50) og er buet, hvorved, der mellem ribbene (60,60'), som er arrangeret langs en kurve, er en afstand og/eller et mellemrum, og ved, at ribbene (60,60') er anbragt i en flerhed af rækker, hvori ribbene (60,60') strækker sig langs en kurve, som strækker sig mellem forbindelsesvæggene (45,55), hvori en første afstand (a) i indgangssektionen af mellemrum defineret af to tilstødende ribbe (60,60') er større end en anden afstand (b), hvori ribbene (60,60') har en definerende vinkel γ omsluttet af ribbene (60,60') og en forbindelsesvæg (45,55).

Rørelement (10,10') ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at bredden (W) af den første sidevæg (40) og den anden sidevæg (50) er omtrent mindst 10 gange større end afstanden (d) mellem den første sidevæg (40) og den anden sidevæg (50) og/eller ved, at den første sidevæg (40) og anden sidevæg (50) er forbundet, henholdsvis på begge sider, af en buet forbindelsesvæg (45, 55).
3. Rørelement (10,10') ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den spiralformede struktur har en overordnet cylindrisk struktur og/eller ved, at den spiralformede struktur er formet i en cylindrisk facon.
4. Rørelement (10,10') ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at rørelementet (10,10') har en flerhed af ribbe (60, 60 ') på begge ydre overflader (42,52) af den første sidevæg (40) og af den anden sidevæg (50).
5. Rørelement (10,10') ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at ribbene (60,60') er, i det mindste, delvist dækket af en dræningsplade (80).

Varmevekslerorgan (100,100') ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at adskillige rørelementer (10,10') danner en overordnet i det væsentlige cylindrisk struktur med en central længdeakse (X) og ved, at rørelementeme (10,10') er buet i en spiralform rundt om den centrale længdeakse (X) og interfolieret i strukturen.
11. Varmevekslerorgan (100,100') ifølge krav 9 eller 10, kendetegnet ved, at varmevekslerorganet (100, 100 ') er en kondensator eller en fordamper eller en radiator eller en køler.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et rørelement (10,10') ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvorved rørelementet (10,10') fås ved anvendelse af en ekstrude-ringsproces af et varmeledende materiale, hvorved ekstruderingsprocessen fortrinsvis udgøres af en enkeltstående ekstruderingsproces.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et rørelement (10,10') ifølge krav 12, kendetegnet ved, at det varmeledende materiale udgøres i det mindste delvis af aluminium eller kobber eller en legering deraf.
