Claims (15)
1
1. Sammensætning omfattende mikrofibrilleret cellulose og eventuelt uorganisk partikelmateriale, hvor nævnte sammensætning omfatter: (i) ikke mere end 2,0 5 vægtprocent af cellulosefibriller med en fibrildiameter på mindre end 10 nm, baseret på den totale vægt af cellulosemateriale i sammensætningen, og (ii) ikke mere end 20 vægtprocent af cellulosefibriller med en fibrildiameter på mindre end 100 nm, baseret på den totale vægt af cellulosemateriale i sammensætningen.
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, omfattende uorganisk partikelmateriale.
3. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor nævnte sammensætning omfatter: (i) ikke mere end 1,5 vægtprocent af cellulosefibriller med en fibrildiameter på mindre end 10 nm, og (ii) ikke mere end 15 vægtprocent af cellulosefibriller med 15 en fibrildiameter på mindre end 100 nm.
4. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor nævnte sammensætning omfatter ikke mere end 1,0 vægtprocent af cellulosefibriller med en fibrildiameter på mindre end 10 nm. 20
5. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, som har en fibrildiameter dso på fra 140 nm til 700 nm, baseret på den totale vægt af cellulosemateriale i sammensætningen.
6. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det uorganiske partikelmateriale er et alkalijordmetal-karbonat eller -sulfat, såsom calciumkarbonat, magnesiumkarbonat, dolomit, gips, et vandigt kandit-ler såsom kaolin, halloysit eller plastisk ler, et vandfrit (kalcineret) kandit-ler såsom metakaolin eller fuldt kalcineret kaolin, talkum, mica, perlit eller diatoméjord, eller 30 kombinationer deraf.
7. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det uorganiske partikelmateriale er et alkalijordmetalkarbonat, eksempelvis 2 calciumkarbonat, eventuelt hvor mindst 50 vægtprocent af calciumkarbonatet har et e.s.d på mindre end 2 pm.
8. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, som har en 5 Brookfield-viskositet (ved 10 rpm, og et fiberindhold på 1,5 vægtprocent) på fra 7000 til 10000 MPa.s.
9. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte sammensætning kan opnås med en fremgangsmåde omfattende mikrofibrillering af et fibrøst substrat omfattende 10 cellulose i tilstedeværelsen af et formalingsmedium, og eventuelt i tilstedeværelsen af et uorganisk partikelmateriale, og hvor energiinputtet under mikrofibrilleringsfremgangsmåden er mellem 500 og 10000 kWh per ton af fibrøst substrat omfattende cellulose (kWh/t), eksempelvis, mellem 1250 og 10000 kWh/t eller, eksempelvis, mellem 1750 og 4000 kWh/t. 15
10. Sammensætning ifølge krav 9, hvor nævnte mikrofibrilleringsfremgangsmåde omfatter formaling af det fibrøse substrat i tilstedeværelsen af det uorganiske partikelmateriale og formalingsmedium.
11. Sammensætning ifølge krav 10, hvor nævnte formaling udføres i en vertikal mølle.
12. Papirfremstillingssammensætning omfattende sammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav. 25
13. Papirprodukt, hvor papirproduktet (i) omfatter sammensætningen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-11, eller (ii) er opnået fra papirfremstillingssammensætningen ifølge krav 12.
14. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en sammensætning ifølge krav 1, omfattende mikrofibrillering af et fibrøst substrat omfattende cellulose i tilstedeværelsen af et formalingsmedium, og eventuelt i tilstedeværelsen af et uorganisk partikelmateriale, hvor energiinputtet under mikrofibrilleringsfremgangsmåden er mellem 500 og 10000 kWh per ton af fibrøst substrat omfattende cellulose (kWh/t), eksempelvis, mellem 1250 og 10000 kWh/t eller, eksempelvis, mellem 1750 og 4000 kWh/t, til at opnå en sammensætning omfattende mikrofibrilleret cellulose og eventuelt uorganisk partikelmateriale, hvor nævnte sammensætning omfatter: (i) ikke mere end 2,0 vægtprocent af cellulosefibriller med en fibrildiameter på mindre end 10 nm, baseret på den totale vægt af cellulosemateriale i sammensætningen, og/eller (ii) ikke mere end 20 vægtprocent af cellulosefibriller med en fibrildiameter på mindre end 100 nm, baseret på den totale vægt af cellulosemateriale i sammensætningen.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, hvor nævnte mikrofibrilleringsfremgangsmåde omfatter formaling af det fibrøse substrat i tilstedeværelsen af det uorganiske partikelmateriale og formalingsmedium, eventuelt hvor nævnte formaling udføres i en vertikal mølle.
