Claims (10)
- FREMGANGSMÅDE TIL BEHANDLING AF BALLASTVAND OG INDRETNING TIL BEHANDLING AF BALLASTVAND ANVENDT DERTIL1. Fremgangsmåde til behandling af ballastvand, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: et ballastopbevaringstrin, der omfatter udførelse af en vandorganisme-inaktiverende behandling ved hjælp afen elektrolyseenhed (2) i forhold til tilførselsballastvand, som skal tilføres en ballasttank (4), der er lokaliseret inde i et skib, og en fysisk behandling under anvendelse af en centrifugalkraft ved hjælp af en centrifugalseparator (3) med henblik på at separere det behandlede tilførselsballastvand, der er blevet underkastet den organisme-inaktiverende behandling, i en supernatant og en koncentreret væske og opbevaring af supernatanten i ballasttanken (4), hvor den vandorganisme-inaktiverende behandling udføres ved elektrolyse af tilførselsballastvandet i elektrolyseenheden (2) med henblik på at frembringe en chlorholdig substans i tilførselsballastvandet, hvilket således tilvejebringer en chlorbehandling; og et udtømningstrin til bortskaffelse af ballast, hvilket udtømningstrin omfatter bestemmelse af, hvorvidt der er behov for en yderligere vandorganisme-inaktiverende behandling ved hjælp af elektrolyseenheden (2) eller ej, hvor det på basis af koncentrationen af den chlorholdige substans i udtømningsballastvandet bestemmes, hvorvidt der er behov for den inaktiverende behandling ved hjælp af elektrolyseenheden (2) eller ej i forhold til udtømningsballastvandet, og udførelse af behandlingen på basis af det således bestemte resultat, hvor udtømningstrinnet til bortskaffelse af ballast omfatter udførelse af en yderligere fysisk behandling under anvendelse af en centrifugalkraft ved hjælp af centrifugalseparatoren (3) med henblik på at separere udtømningsballastvandet i en koncentreret væske og en supernatant, idet supernatanten udtømmes uden for skibet.
- 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den koncentrerede væske omfatter vandorganismer med en skal, hvis højde er mindst 50 pm.
- 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor centrifugalseparatoren (3) er en væskecyklon.
- 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor strømningshastigheden for det ballastvand, der strømmer ind i centrifugalseparatoren (3), er 1 til 10 m/sek.
- 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor udtømningstrinnet til bortskaffelse af ballast omfatter, at der til udtømningsballastvandet tilsættes en neutralisator, som neutraliserer den chlorholdige substans.
- 6. Indretning til behandling af ballastvand ifølge fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvilken indretning omfatter: en elektrolyseenhed (2) til udførelse afen vandorganisme-inaktiverende behandling i forhold til tilførselsballastvand, som skal tilføres en ballasttank (4), der er lokaliseret inde i et skib, og udtømningsballastvand, som skal udtømmes uden for skibet fra ballasttanken, hvor den vandorganisme-inaktiverende behandling udføres ved elektrolyse af tilførselsballastvandet i elektrolyseenheden (2) med henblik på at frembringe en chlorholdig substans, der er blandet i tilførselsballastvandet, hvilket således tilvejebringeren chlorbehandling; en centrifugalseparator (3), der er konfigureret til at udføre en fysisk behandling under anvendelse af en centrifugalkraft i forhold til det tilførselsballastvand, som skal tilføres skibets ballasttank (4), og det udtømningsballastvand, som skal udtømmes uden for skibets ballasttank (4), og en styreenhed til bestemmelse af, hvorvidt der er behov for den vandorganisme-inaktiverende behandling ved hjælp af elektrolyseenheden (2) eller ej i forhold til udtømningsballastvandet, hvor styreenheden er konfigureret til at bestemme, hvorvidt der er behov for en yderligere inaktiverende behandling ved hjælp af elektrolyseenheden (2) eller ej i forhold til udtømningsballastvandet på basis af koncentrationen af den chlorholdige substans, der frembringes i elektrolyseenheden (2).
- 7. Indretning ifølge krav 6, hvor centrifugalseparatoren (3) er en væskecyklon.
- 8. Indretning ifølge krav 6 eller 7, hvor elektrolyseenheden (2) er forsynet med en behandlingstank til frembringelse af den chlorholdige substans fra tilførselsballastvandet eller udtømningsballastvandet.
- 9. Indretning ifølge krav 8, hvor behandlingstanken er forsynet med en elektrolysecelle til elektrolyse af tilførselsballastvandet eller udtømningsballastvandet med henblik på at frembringe den chlorholdige substans.
- 10. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6 til 7, der endvidere omfatter et neutraliseringsmiddel (5) til tilsætning, til udtømningsballastvandet, af en neutralisator, der neutraliserer den substans, som er i stand til at inaktivere vandorganismer.
