Claims (15)

1. System til transdermal administration af et pharmaceutisk aktivt middel omfattende: (i) et lag der indeholder en nitrit, og (ii) en hydrogel, som indeholder hydrogenioner, hvor laget, som indeholder en nitrit, og/eller hydrogelen omfatter et pharmaceutisk aktivt middel, og hvor systemet ikke indeholder nogen kilde med Cu2+-, Zn2+- og/eller t—' 2+ · re -ioner.
2. System ifølge krav 1, hvor laget er en opløselig film.
3. System ifølge krav 2, hvor den opløselige film er tildannet af en polyvinyl-alkohol, polyvinyl-pyrrolidon, en cellulosebaseret polymer eller cellulose.
4. System ifølge krav 1, hvor laget er et maskevæv.
5. System ifølge krav 4, hvor maskevævet er fremstillet af en polymer.
6. System ifølge krav 5, hvor polymeren er af polypropylen.
7. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor nitriten er en alkalisk metal-nitrit eller en alkalisk jordmetal-nitrit.
8. System ifølge krav 7, hvor nitriten er natriumnitrit.
9. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor: (i) systemet omfatter et flertal af lag, der indeholder en nitrit, og/eller (ii) nitriten er tilstede som en nitrit-opløsning.
10. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor: (a) hydrogelen er delvis hydreret, og/eller (b) hydrogelen er tværforbundet, og/eller (c) hydrogelen er en co-polymer.
11. System ifølge krav 10 (part c), hvor hydrogelen er en co-polymer af polysulfonat og acrylsyre.
12. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor systemet ikke indeholder en thiol eller et reduktionsmiddel.
13. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav til medicinsk anvendelse.
14. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav 1 - 12 til anvendelse ved behandling af smerte, hvor det pharmaceutisk aktive middel er et anæstesi-middel udvalgt blandt gruppen omfattende lignocain (lidocain), amethocain (tetracaine), xy-locain, bupivacain, prilocain, ropivacain, benzocain, mepivocain, kokain eller en blanding deraf.
15. System ifølge krav 14, hvor behandlingen for smerte er lokal anæstesi.
