Claims (13)

1. Støttepude, som omfatter: en legemsunderstøttelsesdel (20), der har en første flade (22) og en anden flade (24) modsat den første flade (22); et antal termoelektriske elementer (30) i form af Peltier-elementer, og som er således udformet og anbragt, at de selektivt kan tilvejebringe opvarmning eller køling ved den første flade (22) på legemsunderstøttelsesdelen (20); en varmespredningsdel (40), som er af et varmeabsorberende, elastomert, gelatinøst materiale og driftsmæssigt forbundet med de termoelektriske elementer, kendetegnet ved, at det varmeabsorberende, elastomere, gelati-nøse materiale omslutter en del af hvert element blandt det nævnte antal termoelektriske elementer, som er anbragt ved siden af den anden flade (24) på legemsunderstøttelsesdelen (20).
2. Støttepude ifølge krav 1, hvor varmespredningsdelen (40) omfatter et antal tredimensionale blokke af gelatinøst, elastomert materiale, hvor hver blok af gelatinøst, elastomert materiale er adskilt fra hver nærliggende blok af gelatinøst, elastomert materiale med en i forvejen bestemt afstand, og hvor hver blok af gelatinøst, elastomert materiale er anbragt ved siden af et eller flere af det nævnte antal termoelektriske elementer.
3. Støttepude ifølge krav 1, hvor varmespredningsdelen (40) omfatter et i hovedsagen ensartet lag af elastomert, gelatinøst materiale.
4. Støttepude ifølge krav 1, hvor legemsunderstøttelsesdelen (20) omfatter et materiale, som er forskelligt fra det termisk absorberende materiale i varmespredningsdelen (40).
5. Støttepude ifølge krav 1, hvor legemsunderstøttelsesdelen (20) omfatter et bøjeligt skum.
6. Støttepude ifølge krav 1, hvor legemsunderstøttelsesdelen (20) omfatter visko-elastisk skum.
7. Støttepude ifølge krav 1, hvor legemsunderstøttelsesdelen (20) er således dimensioneret, at den kan understøtte en bruger, som befinder sig liggende på ryggen eller maven.
8. Støttepude ifølge krav 1, hvor det nævnte antal termoelektriske elementer er anbragt ved siden af legemsunderstøttelsesdelen (20).
9. Støttepude ifølge krav 1, hvor det nævnte antal termoelektriske elementer er adskilte Peltier-elementer.
10. Støttepude ifølge krav 1, hvor det nævnte antal termoelektriske elementer er multiple Peltier-elementer, som er anbragt i række.
11. Støttepude ifølge krav 1, hvor de termoelektriske elementer er anbragt i et netværk.
12. Støttepude ifølge krav 11, hvor i det mindste en del af de termoelektriske elementer i netværket er individuelt adresserbare.
13. Støttepude ifølge krav 1, hvor legemsunderstøttelsesdelen (20) omfatter et antal søjleformede hulrum, hvor hvert søjleformet hulrum indeholder mindst en del af et termoelektrisk element.
