Claims (15)
1. Opløsning til oromukosal frigivelse omfattende 1-8 % (vægt/volumen) apomorphin eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf, der er opløst i en ikke-vandig bærer, der mindst indeholder 50 % (volumen/volumen) propylenglycol og en antioxidant.
2. Oromukosal opløsning ifølge krav 1, hvilken opløsning endvidere indeholder ét eller flere hjælpeopløsningsmidler, der er udvalgt fra ethanol, isopropanol og polyhydroxy op løsningsmidler, såsom glycerin, polyethylenglycol 200-600 eller alkoxypolyethylenglycoler.
3. Oromukosal opløsning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken opløsning har en viskositet, der er mindre end 200 mPa.s målt ved 22 °C.
4. Oromukosal opløsning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor opløsningen er fri eller i alt væsentligt fri for divalente kationer.
5. Oromukosal opløsning ifølge krav 1, hvilken opløsning navnlig består af: Apomorphin 1-8 % (vægt/volumen) Ethanol 0 eller 1-50 % (volumen/volumen) Ascorbinsyre 0 eller 0,1-5 % (vægt/volumen) Antioxidant q.s. Smagsstof q.s. Sødemiddel q.s. Propylenglycol det resterende op til 100 % (volumen/volumen).
6. Oromukosal opløsning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav til anvendelse i behandlingen af Parkinsons sygdom, lindring af akinesi eller dyskinesi, eller behandlingen af seksuelle dysfunktioner hos mænd eller kvinder, eller til anvendelse i behandlingen af patienter, der modtager en anden behandling for Parkinsons sygdom i "off-perioder" eller som en rescue-terapi.
7. Oromukosal opløsning ifølge krav 6, hvor opløsningen skal administreres sammen med et antiemetikum.
8. Oromukosal opløsning ifølge krav 6 eller krav 7, hvor opløsningen skal administreres til den oromukosale hinde i en dosis på 25-250 pL i form af et fri væske.
9. Oromukosal opløsning ifølge krav 8, hvor dosen omfatter 1-12 mg apomorphin.
10. Oromukosal opløsning ifølge krav 8 eller krav 9, hvor opløsningen skal administreres med et dosisinterval på mindst 2 timer.
11. Oromukosal opløsning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6-10, hvor opløsningen skal administreres bukkalt eller gingivalt.
12. Oromukosal opløsning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6-11, til anvendelse i behandlingen af off-perioder hos patienter med Parkinsons sygdom, hvor opløsningen skal administreres i et volumen på 25-250 μ1, indeholdende 1-12 mg apomorphin, ved intervaller på 2-12 timer i løbet af dagen.
13. Oromukosal opløsning ifølge krav 12, hvor opløsningen skal administreres i et volumen på 25-150 μ1, indeholdende 2-12 mg apomorphin, ved intervaller på 2-8 timer i løbet af dagen.
14. Doseringsform, der indeholder en mængde af den oromukosale opløsning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-13, hvor doseringsformen er konfigureret til at blive frigivet efter aktivering af et forhåndsbestemt volumen, der indeholder 25-250 pL af opløsningen som en fri væske indeholdende 1-12 mg apomorphin.
15. Doseringsform ifølge krav 14, hvor doseringsformen omfatter en doseringspen eller-pipette eller en anordning, der frigiver det forhåndsbestemte volumen i form af en spray eller én eller flere dråber.
