Claims (3)

1. Fremgangsmåde til magnetisk cellemanipulering, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: etablering af kontakt mellem en sammensætning og en biologisk prøve for at danne en blanding, hvilken sammensætning omfatter en flerhed af partikler, hvor hver partikel i flerheden af partikler omfatter: et magnetisk substrat, hvilket magnetiske substrat er kendetegnet ved en magnetisk susceptibilitet, som er større end nul; og en opladelig siliciumholdig forbindelse, som omfatter 2-(carbomethoxy)ethyltrimethoxysilan, hvilken opladelige siliciumholdige forbindelse dækker mindst en del af det magnetiske substrat; og hvilken biologisk prøve omfatter levedygtige sædceller og beskadigede eller kompromitterede sædceller, hvilke partikler danner komplekser med de beskadigede eller kompromitterede sædceller, og hvor den opladelige siliciumholdige forbindelse omfatter en første zetapotential-ladning, hvilken første zetapotential-ladning har modsat fortegn i sammenligning med en anden zetapotential-ladning, som er omfattet af de beskadigede eller kompromitterede sædceller i den biologiske prøve; og påtrykning af et magnetfelt på blandingen for at manipulere sammensætningen; og separation af de levedygtige sædceller fra komplekserne.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, som endvidere omfatter underkastelse af den biologiske prøve for sædcelledetektion.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor detektionen omfatter fluorescensdetektion.
