Claims (10)
- FREMGANGSMÅDE TIL HÆRDNING AF EN KONTINUERLIG MÅTTE AF UORGANISKE ELLER VEGETABILSKE FIBRE1. Fremgangsmåde ti! hærdning af en kontinuerlig måtie (12) af mineraske elier vegetabilske fibre, navnlig af gias- eller stentypen, som successivt omfatter: Påføring af en vandig opløsning, der indeholder et bindemiddei, som er opløst i opløsningen, på mineralske eller vegetabilske fibre, formning af fibrene, så de danner en kontinuerlig måtte (12) på et transportbånd (10) i bevægelse, opvarmning af måtten (12) i bevægeise gennem en ovn (15) via en varmiuftsstrøm ved en temperatur, som er højere end bindernidiets hærdeternperatur, hvor fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter i det mindste delvis tørring af måtten (12), inden den indføres i ovnen (15), hvor nævnte i det mindste delvise tørring indbefatter bestråling af måtten (12) i bevægelse med radiofrekvente elektromagnetiske stråler, hvis frekvens ligger mellem 3 MHz og 300 Ghz.
- 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor måtten (12) bestråles med en tilstrækkelig effekt, således at tilstedeværelsen af vand i måtten (12) efter i det mindste deivis tørring via bestråling er mindre end en forudbestemt værdi.
- 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor bestrålingseffekten vælges på en sådan måde, at måttens (12) temperatur under tørringen forbliver lavere end bindernidiets hærdeternperatur.
