Claims (8)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et sandwichlegeme omfattende et grundlegeme og en med grundlegemet forbundet udvendig kappe, idet grundlegemet omfatter en partikelskumformdel opnåelig af forud opskummede skumpartikler, og den udvendige kappe omfatter et i en side eller på to overfor hinanden liggende sider åbent hullegeme, kendetegnet ved, at forud opskummede skumpartikler i et fremgangsmådetrin a) i et formværktøj ved hjælp af indføring af et varmebærende medie med en temperatur på 105°C til 180°C svejses til en partikelskumformdel, og partikelskumformdelen efterfølgende tages ud af formen ved en formværktøj stemperatur på 40 °C til 100°C, den i et efterfølgende fremgangsmådetrin b) af formværktøjet udtagne partikelskumformdel afkøles til temperatur på 5°C til 39°C, den i et efterfølgende fremgangsmådetrin c) afkølede partikelskumformdel gennem en åben side i et hullegeme føres ind i dette hullegeme, og hullegemet i et efterfølgende fremgangsmådetrin d) varmelejres med den deri liggende partikelskumformdel i en periode på 0,5 h til 24 h ved en temperatur på 40°C til 100°C, idet der dannes en friktionsforbundet forbindelse mellem hullegemet og partikelskumformdelen.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at partikelskumformdelen, som har udtagningstemperaturen, ved hver gang samme rumlige placering af partikelskumformdelen og hullegemet i forhold til hinanden ved udtagningen af formen ifølge fremgangsmådetrin a) er for stor til at føres ind i hullegemet, efter afkølingen ifølge fremgangsmådetrin b) dog er tilstrækkeligt lille til at føres ind i hullegemet ifølge fremgangsmådetrin c).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 til 2, kendetegnet ved, at det udvendige tværsnit på partikelskumformdelen lodret på indføringsretningen ifølge fremgangsmådetrin c) og det indvendige tværsnit på hullegemet lodret på indføringsretningen ifølge fremgangsmådetrin c) i det væsentlige har samme form.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at arealet på det udvendige tværsnit af den sammensvejste partikelskumformdel lodret på indførselsretningen ifølge fremgangsmådetrin c) ved udtagningen af formen ifølge fremgangsmådetrin a) er større og efter afkølingen ifølge fremgangsmådetrin b) er mindre end arealet på det indvendige tværsnit af hullegemet lodret på indførselsretningen ifølge fremgangsmådetrin c).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at den udvendige side af partikelskumformdelen og/eller den indvendige side af hullegemet i det mindste delvist er forsynet med et klæbestof, og der i fremgangsmådetrin d) endvidere formes en uløseligt forbundet forbindelse mellem hullegemet og partikelskumformdelen.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at hullegemet er en i en side eller i begge sider åben hulprofil med rund, oval, trekantet, rektangulær eller kvadratisk tværsnitsform.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at hullegemet er et rør bestående af metal, kunststof eller glas eller en slange omfattende et metal-, kunststof-, naturfiber-eller glasvæv eller -fletværk eller en kunststofslangefolie.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at partikelskumformdelen i fremgangsmådetrin a) fremstilles af forud opskummede skumpartikler omfattende en propylenhomo-eller -copolymer.
