Claims (17)
- ON BOARD-AN LÆG TIL ET KØRETØJ PATENTKRAV1. Onboard-enhed (4) til et trafiktelematiksystem (6), omfattende: et første kommunikationsmodul (16) indrettet til kortdistance-radiokommunikation (9) med et første eksternt kommunikationsudstyr (10), et andet kommunikationsmodul (11) indrettet til langdistance-radiokommunikation (8) med et andet eksternt kommunikationsudstyr (7), og et ikke-flygtigt lager (13), hvortil såvel det første som det andet kommunikationsmodul (16, 11) kan foretage tilgang (19, 25), hvor hvert kommunikationsmodul (16, 11) har en energiforsynet modus og en energiløs eller-sparende hvilemodus, og hvor energiforsyningen af lageret (13) sker ved tilgangen (19, 15) dertil af det enkelte tilgribende kommunikationsmodul (16,11).
- 2. Onboard-enhed ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at energiforsyningen af lageret (13) under tilgangen (19, 15) dertil af mindst ét kommunikationsmodul (16, 11) sker fra samme modul.
- 3. Onboard-enhed ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at det første kommunikationsmodul (16) er et passivt NFC-tag, der kan energiforsynes trådløst.
- 4. Onboard-enhed ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at det andet kommunikationsmodul (11) er et passivt RFID-tag, der kan energiforsynes trådløst.
- 5. Onboard-enhed ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at energiforsyningen af lageret (13) under tilgangen (19, 15) af mindst ét kommunikationsmodul (16, 11) sker fra et batteri (12), der ved hjælp af en af dette kommunikationsmodul (16, 11) styret omskifter (12’) kan tilsluttes lageret (13) under varigheden af tilgangen (19,15).
- 6. Onboard-enhed ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at det andet kommunikationsmodul (11) er et DSRC-, ITS-G5 eller WAVE-modul eller et aktivt RFID-tag, der energiforsynes fra et batteri (12) i onboard-enheden (4).
- 7. Onboard-enhed ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at onboard-enheden (4) eller lageret (13) er indrettet til at prioritere lagertilgang (15) af det andet kommunikationsmodul (11) frem for lagertilgang af det første kommunikationsmodul (16).
- 8. Onboard-enhed ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at det andet kommunikationsmodul (11), når det befinder sig i kommunikationsmodus, deaktiverer det første kommunikationsmodul (16).
- 9. Onboard-enhed ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at lageret (13) indeholder konfigurationsdata til trafiktelematiksystemet (6), hvilke via det første kommunikationsmodul (16) kan indskrives i lageret (13) og kan udlæses fra lageret (13) via det andet kommunikationsmodul (11), hvorved konfigurationsdataene fortrinsvis indeholder ét eller flere af elementerne: brugernavn, køretøjsidentifikator, gebyrkontoidentifikator, akselantal, gebyrparameter, godsidentifikator, krediteringskonto eller kontostand i en elektronisk pengebørs for onboard-enheden, krypteringsnøgle, tidsstempel.
- 10. Onboard-enhed ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at lageret (13) indeholder transaktionsdata fra trafiktelematiksystemet (6), hvilke via det andet kommunikationsmodul (11) kan indskrives i lageret (13) og kan udlæses fra lageret (13) via det første kommunikationsmodul (16), hvorved transaktionsdataene fortrinsvis indeholder ét eller flere af elementerne: lokationsdata, signalidentifikatorer, godsidentifikatorer, gebyrtransaktioner, parkeringsgebyrtransaktioner, kontostand i en elektronisk pengebørs for onboard-enheden, krypteringsnøgle, tidsstempel.
- 11. Onboard-anlæg (1) til et køretøj (2), omfattende: en onboard-enhed (4) ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 10, der har de yderligere kendetegn ifølge krav 3, og hvis lager (13) rummer en identifikator (OID) for onboard-enheden (4), som kan udlæses via det første kommunikationsmodul (16), og et i forhold til onboard-enheden (4) separat, yderligere NFC-tag (5), som rummer en radiolæsbar identifikator (TID) for det separate yderligere NFC-tag (5).
- 12. Onboard-anlæg (1) ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at det separate yderligere NFC-tag (5) er udformet som en klæbeetiket (24), som efter opklæbning ikke kan løsnes uden at gå i stykker.
- 13. Onboard-anlæg (1) ifølge krav 11 eller 12, kendetegnet ved, at onboard-enhedens (4) lager (13) også indeholder identifikatoren (TID) for det separate yderligere NFC-tag (5).
- 14. Anlæg omfattende et onboard-anlæg (1) ifølge krav 11 eller 12 og et i forhold dertil eksternt første kommunikationsudstyr (10), der er udformet som et NFC-læseudstyr og beregnet til at udlæse onboard-enhedens (4) identifikator (OID) fra onboard-enheden (4) og udlæse identifikatoren (TID) for det separate yderligere NFC-tag (5) fra det separate yderligere NFC-tag (5) og at afprøve indbyrdes sammenhørende onboard-enheds-identifikatorer (OID) og NFC-tag-identifikatorer (TID) mod en databank (25).
- 15. Anlæg omfattende et onboard-anlæg (1) ifølge krav 13 og et i forhold dertil eksternt første kommunikationsudstyr (10), der er udformet som NFC-læseudstyr og beregnet til at udlæse identifikatoren for det separate yderligere NFC-tag (5) fra dels onboard-enhedens (4) lager (13) og dels fra det separate yderligere NFC-tag (5) og verificere dem mod hinanden.
- 16. Onboard-enhed ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved et tredje kommunikationsmodul (26), der er udformet som NFC-læseudstyr og beregnet til at udlæse en identifikator (TID) for et i forhold til onboard-enheden (4) separat yderligere NFC-tag (5) og indskrive det i lageret (13), og ved at det andet kommunikationsmodul (11) er et DSRC-, ITS-G5-eller WAVE-modul og indrettet til at sende den nævnte identifikator til et andet eksternt kommunikationsudstyr (7), hvorved det separate NFC-tag (5) fortrinsvis er udformet som en klæbeetiket (24), som efter opklæbning ikke mere kan løsnes uden at gå i stykker.
- 17. Onboard-enhed ifølge krav 16, kendetegnet ved, at det første kommunikationsmodul (16) og det tredje kommunikationsmodul (26) er udformet som et fælles NFC-modul, der kan omstilles mellem en driftmodus som første kommunikationsmodul (16) og en driftmodus som tredje kommunikationsmodul (26).
