Abstract

The two-part device comprises a threaded ring 10 with a notch 15 for receiving the edge 18 of an aerosol can 3 and a bush 11 that can be pressed into the threaded ring 10, in order to obtain a connection based on friction and on positive interlocking of the parts. The device is sealed by means of a sealing lip, formed on the bush 11, against the adapter part 2. Since the device is held by the threaded ring 10 at the circumference and by means of the bush 11 against the inside of the adapter part 2, any rocking of the aerosol can 3 in the adapter part 2 is prevented, and the seal between the adapter part 2 and the aerosol can 3 can thereby be maintained during use. <IMAGE>
