Claims (16)
1. Ballistisk armeringssystem til beskyttelse af beskyttende missilbeholdere (512) mod projektiler, der er fastgjort ved hjælp af en ramme (514) til en påhængsblokvogn (510) og omfatter: en flerhed af armeringssystempaneler (518); et rammesystem (516) med en topramme (516a) og siderammer (516b) til fastgørelse af flerheden af armeringssystempaneler (518) og omslutning af beholderne (512) herunder top og alle sider; hvor hvert armeringssystempanel (518) omfatter: en metalanslagsplade (110; 210; 520), der har en forudbestemt defineret tykkelse og omfatter en flerhed af huller (130; 230); og et laminatkompositstøttemateriale (120; 220; 524), der er fastgjort til metalanslagspladen (110; 210), hvor laminatkompositstøttematerialet (120; 220) omfatter en tværsnitssammensætning af et støttemateriale af fibre, som er mindst ét materiale valgt fra gruppen, der består af aramidfiber, S-glas, E-glas og UHMWPE, og er kombineret med et polymert resinbaseret bindemateriale, hvor metalanslagspladen (110; 210) er adskilt fra kompositstøttematerialet (120; 220) af et rum, hvor flerheden af huller (130; 230) er aflange huller, der er placeret i en skrå vinkel i forhold til den vertikale orientering af metalanslagspladen (110; 210), hvor hvert hul har en vinkel på mere end 0° og op til 50° i forhold til den vertikale orientering af metalanslagspladen (110; 210), hvor metalanslagspladen (110; 210) har en tykkelse i intervallet fra ca. 0,64 cm til 3,81 cm og især i intervallet fra ca. 1,27 cm til 1,95 cm, og hvor laminatkompositstøttematerialet (120; 220) har en tykkelse i intervallet fra ca. 2,54 cm til 10,16 cm og især på ca. 6,35 cm, og hvor rummet har en tykkelse i intervallet fra 0 til 25,4 cm og især i intervallet fra ca. 10,16 cm til 15,24 cm.
2. Ballistisk armeringssystem ifølge krav 1, hvor metalanslagspladen (110; 210) er et perforeret metal, og metalanslagspladematerialet omfatter mindst ét materiale valgt fra gruppen, der består af stål, stållegeringer, aluminium, magnesium og titan, og hvor metalanslagspladematerialet omfatter et strækbart støbejernsmateriale.
3. Ballistisk armeringssystem ifølge krav 1, hvor laminatkompositstøttematerialet (120; 220) omfatter en tværsnitssammensætning af et støttemateriale af fibre valgt fra gruppen, der består af aramidfiber, S-glas, E-glas og UHMWPE, og er kombineret med et polymert resinbaseret bindemateriale valgt fra gruppen, der består af silikoner, epoxyer, urethaner, polyethylener, polyurethaner og polyurinstoffer.
4. Ballistisk armeringssystem ifølge krav 2, der yderligere omfatter et energiabsorberende skum til fyldning af rummet, hvor det energiabsorberende skum er et lavdensitetsskum valgt fra gruppen, der består af et polyurethanbaseret skum og et polypropylenbaseret skum.
5. Ballistisk armeringssystem ifølge krav 1, hvor metalanslagspladen (110; 210) og laminatkompositstøttematerialet (120; 220) er monteret direkte sammen ved hjælp af en fremgangsmåde valgt fra gruppen, der består af en urethanbinding og en polyurethanbinding og en mekanisk gevindfastgørelsesmekanisme.
6. Ballistisk armeringssystem ifølge krav 1, hvor systemet har en vægt i intervallet fra ca. 87,83 kg/m2 til 146,39 kg/m2 og især i intervallet på højst 126,95 kg/m2, især i intervallet på ca. 112,30 kg/m2.
7. Ballistisk armeringssystem ifølge krav 1, hvor laminatkompositstøttematerialet (120; 220) yderligere omfatter et lag af materiale med høj trækstyrke, især en urethanplade med høj trækstyrke, der støder op til tværsnitssammensætningen og udgør mindst en del af tværsnitssammensætningen.
8. Ballistisk armeringssystem ifølge krav 7, hvor laget af materiale med høj trækstyrke har en tykkelse i intervallet fra ca. 0,64 cm til 10,16 cm.
9. Ballistisk armeringssystem ifølge krav 1, hvor støttematerialet af fibre omfatter en flerhed af lag af UHMWPE-klæde af ballistisk kvalitet.
10. Ballistisk armeringssystem ifølge krav 1, hvor laminatkompositstøttematerialet (120; 220) omfatter en indkapsling baseret på et polymert resinbaseret bindemateriale, der har et bundlag, sidelag og et toplag til indkaspling af den lagdelte konfiguration, der omfatter laminatkompositstøttelaget.
11. Ballistisk armeringssystem ifølge krav 10, hvor det polymere resinbaserede bindemateriale er mindst ét materiale valgt fra gruppen, der består af silikone, epoxy, polyurethan, polyethylen, urethan og polyurinstof.
12. Ballistisk armeringssystem ifølge krav 10, hvor indkapslingen baseret på det polymere resinbaserede bindemateriale omfatter en termohærdet elastomer resin med en hårdhed ifølge ASTM D2240 Shore på 60A-60D; en brudstyrke (psi) ifølge ASTM D412 på 1200-9000 psi; en 100 % forlængelseskoefficient (psi) ifølge ASTM D412 på 400-2200 psi; en 300 % forlængelseskoefficient (psi) ifølge ASTM D412 på 700-5000 psi og en brudforlængelse (%) ifølge ASTM D412 på 150-1000, og især hvor indkapslingen baseret på det polymere resinbaserede bindemateriale omfatter en termohærdet elastomer resin med en hårdhed ifølge ASTM D2240 Shore på 75A-55D; en brudstyrke (psi) ifølge ASTM D412 på 3000-8000 psi; en 100 % forlængelseskoefficient (psi) ifølge ASTM D412 på 700- 1500 psi; en 300 % forlængelseskoefficient (psi) ifølge ASTM D412 på 900-4000 psi og en brudforlængelse (%) ifølge ASTM D412 på 300-800.
13. Ballistisk armeringssystem ifølge krav 1, hvor flerheden af aflange huller (130; 230) er placeret i en skrå vinkel på ca. 20°-30°, især ca. 25° i forhold til den vertikale orientering af metalanslagspladen (110; 210).
14. Ballistisk armeringssystem ifølge krav 1, hvor flerheden af aflange huller omfatter en i det væsentlige oval konfiguration, der defineres af to modstående buede ender, hvor afstanden mellem de respektive centrumpunkter for de modstående buede ender er ca. 1,27 cm, og vinklen på hver modstående buet ende er ca. 0,17°-0,19°.
15. Ballistisk armeringssystem ifølge krav 14, hvor vinklen på hver modstående buet ende er ca. 0,1875°.
16. Anvendelse af et ballistisk armeringssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 12, hvor armeringssystemet mindst opfylder testen med standsning af tre 50-kaliber kugler, der er skudt i et område med en diameter på 5,08 cm og med et tidsinterval på 1/10 sekund.
