Claims (11)
- FREMGANGSMÅDE TIL FREMBRINGELSE AF ZIEGLER-NATTA-PRODUCEREDE POLYETHYLEN-BLANDINGER1. Fremgangsmåde til frembringelse af at multimodalt polyethylen-produkt, hvor nævnte produkt omfatter mindst to forskellige polyethylenharpikser, hvilken fremgangsmåde består af følgende trin: (a) Fremstilling af en første HMW-polyethylenharpiks i tilstedeværelse af en Ziegler-Natta-katalysator i en reaktor, hvor smelteindekset ved høj belastning (FILMI) for nævnte første polyethylenharpiks ligger mellem 0,01 og 5 g/10 min, hvor smelteindekset ved høj belastning (FILMI) måles via proceduren for ASTM D-1238 ved hjælp af en temperatur på 190°C og en belastning på 21,6 kg; (b) Separat fremstilling af en anden LMW-polyethylenharpiks i tilstedeværelse af en Ziegler-Natta-katalysator i en reaktor, hvor smelteindekset (Mb) for nævnte anden polyethylenharpiks ligger mellem 1 og 150 g/10 min, hvor smelteindekset (Mb) måles via proceduren for ASTM D-1238 ved hjælp af en temperatur på 190°C og en belastning på 2,16 kg; og (c) Fysisk sammenblanding af nævnte første og nævnte anden polyethylenharpiks for at fremstille et multimodalt polyethylenprodukt, hvor den Ziegler-Natta-katalysator, der bruges til fremstillingen af nævnte første polyethylenharpiks, har en gennemsnitlig partikelstørrelse (D50) på højst 15 pm, hvor D50 måles via laserdiffraktionsanalyse i en analysator af Malvern-typen, og hvor trin (c) udføres i en anordning til kontinuerlig smeltning og blanding af nævnte første og anden polyethylenharpiks.
- 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte polyethylenharpikser fremstilles under opslæmningsforhold.
- 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor nævnte polyethylenharpikser fremstilles i loop-reaktorer.
- 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, hvor densiteten af nævnte første polyethylenharpiks ligger mellem 0,915 og 0,940 g/cm3, hvor densiteten bestemmes med den ASTM D-1505-standardiserede test ved en temperatur på 23°C.
- 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, hvor densiteten af nævnte anden polyethylenharpiks ligger mellem 0,940 og 0,975 g/cm3, hvor densiteten bestemmes med den ASTM D-1505-standardiserede test ved en temperatur på 23°C.
- 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, hvor smelteindekset ved høj belastning (HLMI) for nævnte multimodale produkt ligger mellem 2 og 75 g/10 min.
- 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, hvor densiteten af nævnte multimodale polyethylenprodukt ligger mellem 0,935 og 0,965 g/cm3.
- 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, hvor den første polyethylenharpiks har en monomodal molekylevægtfordeling.
- 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, hvor den anden polyethylenharpiks har en monomodal molekylevægtfordeling.
- 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, hvor vægtforholdet mellem nævnte første polyethylenharpiks og nævnte anden polyethylenharpiks i nævnte multimodale polyethylenprodukt ligger mellem 0,20 og 5.
- 11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 10, hvor nævnte anordning er en ekstruder og/eller en mikser.
