Claims (21)
1. Borehul (10), der omfatter: (a) en ventil (25) på en borestreng (20), hvilken ventil (25) omfatter: (i) et spærreelement, der kan bevæges mellem en første position, hvor fluidstrømning er tilladt, og en anden position, hvor fluidstrømning er begrænset gennem borestrengen (20) for at lukke bunden af borehullet (10); (ii) en bevægelsesmekanisme; (iii) og en trådløs modtager (360), der er tilpasset til at modtage et trådløst signal; hvor bevægelsesmekanismen kan indstilles til at bevæge spærreelementet fra én af den første og den anden position til den anden af den første og anden position som reaktion på en ændring i det signal, der modtages af den trådløse modtager (360); (b) sensorer til at detektere et parameter i borehullet (10) i nærheden af ventilen (25); hvor en sensor er tilvejebragt over og en sensor er tilvejebragt under ventilen (25).
2. Borehul (10) ifølge krav 1, hvor den trådløse modtager (360) er én af: (i) en akustisk modtager og signalet er et akustisk signal; (ii) en elektromagnetisk modtager og signalet er et elektromagnetisk signal; og (iii) en elektromagnetisk modtager og en akustisk modtager og signalet transmitteres over en del af dets afstand ved hjælp af den elektromagnetiske modtager og en del af dens afstand ved hjælp af den akustiske receiver.
3. Borehul (10) ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor den trådløse modtager (360) er en trådløs transceiver (250,360).
4. Borehul (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, der endvidere omfatter en undeijordisk sikkerhedsventil.
5. Borehul (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor sensorerne detekterer tryk over og under ventilen (25).
6. Borehul (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor informationerne fra sensorerne modtages trådløst.
7. Borehul (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor modtageren (360) er op til 100 m, eventuelt mindre 50 m, mere eventuelt mindre end 20 m under toppen af borehullet (10).
8. Borehul (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, der omfatter et foringsrør (12a, 12b, 12c, 12d) med en foringsrørforlænger (400) med ventilen (25) deri, hvilken ventil (25) danner forbindelse mellem en indre og en ydre side af foringsrøret (12a, 12b, 12c, 12d); hvor ventilen (25) er tilpasset til at bevæge sig fra én af den første og anden position til den anden af den første og den anden position og derefter tilbage til den første af den første og den anden position.
9. Borehul (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, der endvidere omfatter en anordning, der i anvendelse er monteret på eller eftermonteret på en top af borehullet (10), hvilken anordning omfatter en trådløs transmitter og en sonarmodtager; til anvendelse i en nødsituation.
10. Borehul (10) ifølge krav 9, hvor anordningen er mindre end 1 m3, mindre end 0,25 m3, navnlig mindre end 0,10 m3.
11. Borehul ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor ventilen omfatter et batteri.
12. Borchulsapparat, der omfatter ct borehul (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav og en sonarmodtager (360) og fortrinsvis en sonartransmitter (250).
13. Borehulsapparat ifølge krav 12, hvor en satellitanordning er tilvejebragt, hvilken anordning omfatter en satellitkommunikationsmekaniske og er udformet til at videresende informationer modtaget mellem sonarmodtageren (360) og sonartransmitteren (250) og satellitten.
14. Fremgangsmåde til hæmning af fluidstrømning fra et borehul ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11 eller et borehulsapparat ifølge krav 12 eller 13 i en nødsituation, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: i tilfælde af en nødsituation, afsendelse af et trådløst signal ind i borehullet (10) til ventilen (25).
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, hvor det trådløse signal sendes under en fase, hvor en sikkerhedsventil (30) er tilvejebragt på borehullet (10).
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14 eller krav 15, hvor det trådløse signal sendes fra en anordning tilvejebragt ved en brøndhovedanordning til borehullet (10) eller i umiddelbar nærhed heraf.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 15, hvor det trådløse signal sendes fra en platform, eventuelt med trådløse repeaters tilvejebragt på stigror og/eller i borehullet.
18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 14 til 15, hvor det trådløse signal sendes fra havbundsbrøndhovedanordningen efter modtagelse af sonarsignaler fra en overfladeinstallation eller et fjernstyret undervandsfartøj.
19. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 14 til 15, hvor et fjernstyret undervandsfartøj forbindes med havbundsbrøndhovedanordningen og sender eller modtager signaler via en hot-stab-forbindelse.
20. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14 til 16, hvor det trådløse signal sendes fra brøndhovedanordningen efter modtagelse af satellitsignaler fra en anden lokalitet.
21. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 14 til 20, hvor signalerne sendes retroaktivt, efter at en nødsituation er opstået.
