Claims (22)

1. Borehul (10) omfattende en sikkerhedsmekanisme (401), hvilken sikkerhedsmekanisme (401) omfatter: (i) et spærreelement (412, 414), der kan bevæges mellem en første position, hvor strømning af fluid er tilladt, og en anden position, hvor strømning af fluid er begrænset; (ii) en bevægelsesmekanisme (416, 418) og (iii) en trådløs modtager (360), der er tilpasset til at modtage et trådløs signal; hvor bevægelsesmekanismen (416, 418) kan bevæge spærreelementet (412, 414) Ira én af den første og anden position til den anden af den første og anden position som reaktion på en ændring af det signal, der modtages af den trådløse modtager (360); hvilket spærreelement er en ventil i en rørsub (400) af et foringsrør; kendetegnet ved, at ventilen kommunikerer mellem en indvendig og en udvendig side af foringsrøret; og hvor ventilen er tilpasset til at bevæges fra én af den første og anden position til den anden af den første og anden position, og derefter tilbage til den første af den første og anden position.

11. Borehul (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilket borehul er tilpasset til at bevæge spærreelementet (412, 414) til/fra den første position fra/til den anden position automatisk ved fravær af et signal i det forhåndsbestemte tidsrum.
12. Borehul (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor sikkerhedsmekanismen (401) er tilpasset til at aktivere transceiveren (250, 360) til at sende signaler, efter at der er opstået en nødsituation.
13. Borehul (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilket borehul endvidere omfatter en undervandssikkerhedsventil (401).
14. Borehul (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor modtageren (360) er op til 100 m, eventuelt mindre end 50 m, mere eventuelt mindre end 20 m under toppen af borehullet (10).
15. Borehulsapparat omfattende et borehul (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav og en sonarmodtager (360) og fortrinsvis en sonarsender (250).
16. Borehulsapparat ifølge krav 15, hvor en satellitenhed er tilvejebragt, hvilken enhed omfatter en satellitkommunikationsmekanisme og er konfigureret til at videresende informationer, der er modtaget mellem sonarmodtageren (360) og transmitteren (250) og satellitten.
17. Fremgangsmåde til hæmning af fluidstrømning fra et borehul (10) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11 til 13 eller borehulsapparat ifølge krav 15 eller 16 i en nødsituation, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: i tilfælde af en nødsituation afsendelse af et trådløst signal ind i borehullet (10) til sikkerhedsmekanismen (401).
18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 17, hvor det trådløse signal sendes i løbet af en fase, hvor en BOP (30) er placeret på borehullet (10).
19. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 17 eller krav 18, hvor det trådløse signal sendes fra en anordning, der er tilvejebragt ved et brøndhovedapparat til borehullet (10) eller i umiddelbar nærhed deraf.
20. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 18, hvor det trådløse signal sendes fra en platform, eventuelt med trådløse repeatere, der er placeret på stigrør og/eller i borehullet.
21. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 17 eller 18, hvor det trådløse signalsendes fra havbunds-brøndhovedapparatet efter modtagelse af sonarsignaler fra en overfladeinstallation eller en ROV.
22. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 17 til 18, hvor en ROV forbindes med havbunds-brøndhovedappartet og sender eller modtager signaler via en hot-stab-forbindelse
