Claims (18)
1. Væskefiltreringssystem, der omfatter: a) mindst én væskeopbevaringsbeholder; b) mindst ét filterindeholdende rum; c) mindst ét væskeoverføringsrør, der forbinder opbevaringsbeholderen med en indgangsende af et filterindeholdende rum, hvilket væskeoverføringsrør er i stand til at lede en væske fra opbevaringsbeholderen ind i indgangsenden af det filterindeholdende rum; d) mindst ét ekspansionskammer med mindst to åbninger, hvor en første åbning er forbundet til en udgangsende af det filterindeholdende rum, og hvor en anden åbning er forbundet til en gasstrømningsregulator; e) mindst én gasstrømningsregulator til skiftevis at forsyne ekspansionskammeret med positivt og negativt tryk; f) mindst én væskeudtagningsport, der er forbundet til det filterindeholdende rum, til fjernelse af filtreret væske fra det filterindeholdende rum, der er kendetegnet ved, at ekspansionskammeret ikke indeholder noget separeringsmiddel mellem den første og anden åbning; og hvor mindst én niveausensor er monteret på eller i ekspansionskammeret.
2. Væskefiltreringssystem ifølge krav 1, hvor ekspansionskammeret er forbundet til gasstrømningsregulatoren med en gasledning.
3. Væskefiltreringssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor gasledningen omfatter et filter mellem ekspansionskammeret og gasstrømningsregulatoren, fortrinsvis hvor filteret er et sterilt filter, og eventuelt hvor gasledningen omfatter et sterilt filter med varmelegeme.
4. Væskefiltreringssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor væskeopbevaringsbeholderen er en bioreaktor.
5. Væskefiltreringssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor det filterindeholdende rum indeholder et hulfiberfilter.
6. Væskefiltreringssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor mindst to niveausensorer er monteret på eller i ekspansionskammeret, og fortrinsvis hvor niveausensoren eller niveausensorerne er monteret på overfladen af ekspansionskammeret.
7. Væskefiltreringssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor niveausensorerne er i stand til at måle et minimalt og et maksimalt væskeniveau i ekspansionskammeret og er funktionelt koblet til gasstrømningsregulatoren.
8. Væskefiltreringssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7, der er i stand til at veksle mellem indsugning af væsken i systemet fra opbevaringsbeholderen gennem det filterindeholdende rum ind i ekspansionskammeret og udstødning af væsken fra ekspansionskammeret gennem det filterindeholdende rum tilbage i opbevaringsbeholderen, hvor væskeindsugning udføres ved påføring af negativt tryk i ekspansionskammeret, og væskeudstødning udføres ved påføring af positivt tryk i ekspansionskammeret.
9. Væskefiltreringssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, hvor det negative tryk opnås ved frembringelse af et vakuum i ekspansionskammeret, og det positive tryk opnås ved injektion af gas, for eksempel komprimeret luft, i ekspansionskammeret.
10. Væskefiltreringssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9, hvor filteret i det filterindeholdende rum omfatter et antal bundtede hule fibre, hvis akser strækker sig på langs fra indgangsenden til udgangsenden af det filterindeholdende rum.
11. Væskefiltreringssystem ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-10, hvor det filterindeholdende rum og ekspansionskammeret er til engangsbrug, fortrinsvis hvor det filterindeholdende rum, ekspansionskammeret, væskeopbevaringsbeholderen og væskeoverføringsrøret er til engangsbrug.
12. Fremgangsmåde til filtrering af en væske, der omfatter: a) tilvejebringelse af et væskefiltreringssystem, der omfatter mindst én væskeopbevaringsbeholder; mindst ét filterindeholdende rum; et væskeoverføringsrør, der forbinder opbevaringsbeholderen med en indgangsende af det filterindeholdende rum, hvilket overføringsrør er i stand til at lede en væske fra opbevaringsbeholderen ind i indgangsenden af det filterindeholdende rum; mindst ét ekspansionskammer, der på den ene side er forbundet med en udgangsende af det filterindeholdende rum til muliggørelse af, at væske fra rummet kan løbe ind i kammeret, og på den anden side med en gasstrømningsregulator, der skiftevis tilvejebringer et negativt og positivt tryk i ekspansionskammeret til derved indsugning af væske fra udgangsenden af det filterindeholdende rum og udstødning af væske tilbage ind i udgangsenden af det filterindeholdende rum, hvilket frembringer en direkte gas-væske-grænseflade uden separeringsmiddel i ekspansionskammeret; og mindst én gennemtrængningsport, der er forbundet til det filterindeholdende rum, til fjernelse af filtreret væske fra det filterindeholdende rum; b) udtrækning af væske fra opbevaringsbeholderen gennem filteret ind i ekspansionskammeret ved påføring af negativt tryk i ekspansionskammeret; c) udstødning af væsken fra ekspansionskammeret gennem filteret tilbage ind i opbevaringsbeholderen ved påføring af positivt tryk i ekspansionskammeret; d) gentagelse af trin b og c til frembringelse af en alternativ tangential strømning af væske gennem filteret; og e) fjernelse af filtreret væske fra filtreringssystemet.
13. Fremgangsmåde til filtrering af en væske ifølge krav 12, hvor væskeopbevaringsbeholderen er en bioreaktor.
14. Fremgangsmåde til filtrering af en væske ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 12-13, hvor det filterindeholdende rum og/eller ekspansionskammeret er til engangsbrug, fortrinsvis hvor det filterindeholdende rum, ekspansionskammeret, væskeopbevaringsbeholderen og væskeoverføringsrøret er til engangsbrug.
15. Fremgangsmåde til filtrering af en væske ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 12-14, hvor det positive og negative tryk reguleres ved hjælp af niveausensorer, der måler væskeniveauet i ekspansionskammeret.
16. Fremgangsmåde til filtrering af en væske ifølge krav 15, hvor niveausensorerne er monteret på ekspansionskammeret.
17. Fremgangsmåde til filtrering af en væske ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 12-16, hvor det filterindeholdende rum indeholder et hulfiberfilter.
18. Fremgangsmåde til filtrering af en væske ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 12-17, hvor det negative tryk opnås ved frembringelse af et vakuum i ekspansionskammeret, og det positive tryk opnås ved injektion af gas, for eksempel komprimeret luft, i ekspansionskammeret.
