Description
Technical field
The present invention relates to a triple-thickness false partition device.
This device is intended to be fixed to a partition1 such as a wall or ceiling.
Prior art
The known false partition devices comprise a panel conventionally formed by a stretched sheet fixed to the base of a frame, generally parallelepipedal, which consists of the association of profiled elements that form each of its sides. For this purpose, the sheet comprises an attachment means fixed to the periphery of said fabric. For example, as is described in the patent FR 2.630.47 6, the sheet can be provided with a peripheral rim in the form of hook. Another attachment means consists of clips. The stretched sheet is preferably made from a synthetic polymer material, for example polyvinyl chloride.
In particular, in an application of the light box type, the panel is then placed an external framework, which is provided with lateral walls on the bottom, the device also comprising means for connection between the frame and the external framework, and the external framework may be equipped with illumination means and the sheet may be of the translucent type. The panel may also comprise, in a known manner, stiffening elements for reinforcing its stiffness.
However, though these false-partition devices comprising a panel with a single stretched sheet allow a large number of implementations, at the present time it proves necessary to be able to propose panels comprising at least three stretched sheets extending parallel, for the purpose of creating false partitions having enhanced acoustic absorption performances or light assemblies generating a novel aesthetic effect.
Summary of the invention
The present invention therefore aims to respond to this requirement by proposing panel devices the profiled elements of which constituting the frame of the panel make it possible to accept three stretched sheets or more.
In this regard, the subject matter of the present invention is a false-partition device comprising a panel formed by at least one stretched sheet fixed to the base of a frame, said frame being formed by assembling profiled elements forming its sides .
This device is characterised in that each profiled section piece of the frame has a rectangular, triangular or truncated right-angled triangular cross-section with a top first face, a base opposite said first face, an external second face and an internal third face, facing the external second face, and each profiled section piece comprises at least three housings each intended to accommodate a peripheral edging of a stretched sheet, a first housing situated near the top first face of the profiled section piece, a second housing situated near the base of said profiled section piece and at least one so-called intermediate third housing, situated between the top first face and the base and arranged in the internal face of the profiled section piece, with said housings intended to accommodate the peripheral edging of a stretched sheet being integrated in the thickness of the profiled section piece, between the internal face and the external face and the third housing comprises a double shoulder, i.e. a shoulder on either side of the opening of the housing.
It will be understood clearly that, by virtue of this specific arrangement of the profiles, it is possible to produce false partitions with a triple thickness or more, comprising three stretched sheets or more, according to the number of housings provided.

Other advantages and features will emerge more clearly from the following description given by way of non-limitative example of several variant implementations of the present invention, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: - figure 1 is a schematic vertical section of an example embodiment of the profiled section piece of the panel of the false partition device according to the invention.
Detailed description of the invention
Figure 1 shows a first example embodiment of a profiled section piece 1 according to the invention.
The profiled section piece 1, depicted in cross section, comprises a first face 11, a base 12 opposite to said first top face 11, a second external face 13 and a third internal face 14, opposite the second external face 13.
Preferably, the second external face 13 is oriented perpendicular to the first top face 11.
According to the particular variant implementation depicted, this profiled section piece 1 has the shape of a truncated right-angled triangle with a vertex oriented towards the base of the frame and the hypotenuse of which constitutes the internal face of said frame.
According to other variant implementations, not shown, the profiled section piece 1 may have a rectangular or triangular cross section.
According to an essential feature of the invention, the profiled section piece 1 comprises at least three housings 15, 16, 17 each intended to receive a peripheral edging 18 of a stretched sheet 19: a first housing 15 situated close to the top first face 11 of the profiled section piece 1, a second housing 16 situated close to the base 12 of said profiled section piece 1 and at least one third housing 17, referred to as intermediate, situated between the top first face 11 and the base 12, arranged in the internal face 14 of the profiled section piece 1. It goes without saying that the invention is not limited to the example embodiment that comprises three housings, but also applies to embodiments with several intermediate housings .
According to another feature of the invention, the housings 15, 16, 17 are integrated in the thickness of the profiled section piece 1, between the internal face 14 and the external face 13.
These housings 15, 16, 17 comprise at least one shoulder 20 on which the free end of the peripheral edging 18 of a sheet 19, here in the form of a hook, comes into abutment, thus enabling a sheet 19 to be locked and engaged in these housing 15, 16, 17. It naturally goes without saying that the sheet 19 can be locked in the housings 15, 16, 17 by means of clips without departing from the scope of the present invention .
According to an advantageous feature of the invention, the third intermediate housing 17 comprises a double shoulder, that is to say a shoulder 20 on either side of the opening of the housing 17: thus the intermediate sheet can be fitted indifferently after a first sheet 19 has been installed either in the first housing 15 or in the second housing 16. Installation of the false-partition devices according to the invention is therefore greatly facilitated, since the constraint of systematically precise order of assembly is eliminated, with possible access from two sides.
Advantageously, the first and second housings 15, 16 are also provided with a double shoulder.
The first, second and third housings 15, 16, 17 have a roughly rectangular cross section open on one side, emerging on the internal face 14 in the case of the first housing 15 and the third housing 17, while it emerges on the base 12 in the case of the second housing 16. The shoulders 20 are placed at the edge of this opening.
According to another variant embodiment, not shown, the third housings 15, 16, 17 may be formed in the internal face 14 of the profiled section piece. According to yet another variant, the first and second housings 15, 16 can be provided in the external face 13, while the third intermediate housing 17 remains formed in the internal face 14.
Furthermore, in the variant embodiment depicted, the third housing 17 extends perpendicular to the external face 13, in the direction of said external face 13. The third housing 15 has the same orientation while the second housing 16 is oriented parallel to the external face 13, which here constitutes one of the walls of said housing,
Finally, the top face 11 of the profiled section piece 1 is provided with a longitudinal housing 21 intended to receive elements for connecting the frame to an external framework or a partition, such as for example a wall or a ceiling.
Industrial application
With a view to use of the device according to the invention in a light box, the sheets of the panel are preferably translucent or transparent.
The device according to the invention can also be used for producing triple-layer acoustically absorbent partitions, such as those for example described in a concomitant patent application in the name the applicant of the present application. In this case, the sheets will advantageously comprise microperforations .
Preferably the sheets are produced from polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
It naturally goes without saying that, though the false-partition device according to the invention finds a particularly preferred application in light boxes or acoustically absorbent partitions, it may also be used for producing decorative elements of the tableau type, in particular with a coloured sheet or one printed with patterns, without departing from the scope of the present invention.
